It was VERY busy on a friday morning at 10 am, which is expected considering the area. The store was clean and organized, and everyone was friendly. Just know that this is a very populated area with the courts nearby, many buildings etc, so the wait may be a little long but it is worth it.

I asked a woman that worked there for a bag for 3 drinks I ordered there and she gives me a trey with a attitude I didn’t ask for a try I asked for two bags and she gives me a attitude and tells me to take the trey cause they need the bags. She didn’t want to give me a bag just because she was saving the bags I don’t know for what. What was so hard for her to give me two bags.

Got there at 7:54PM and they wouldn’t let me in because they decided to close early. If your store closes at 8PM, I should be able to walk in at 7:54PM to order a drink. That’s not a good business practice.

I have to say.. I've been going to this Starbucks for years!! And when I say one of the shift leads was completely unprofessional, it would be a complete understatement!! I when in today, to order a couple of breakfast bites. I went to the register to order. And the Young women with glasses, who I Believe to be a shift lead, just happen to be taking my order, I ordered two orders of the kale and mushroom bites. I explained I would like to orders, and with an attitude she's requested that it was four. Obviously there's two servings in one order. So to her lack of understanding, she kept aggressively saying I that I wanted want it four!! When I explained, no two orders! Then I explain to her you're kind of confusing me. She rolls her eyes and then aggressively starts talking under her breath. Ignores me and looks at the window while they're other people waiting online to take their orders well. I had asked if I could speak to the manager and if there was a card and she with an attitude said no the managers name is Julie and you can call the store. I feel like the worst part of it all is that after I got my order I actually overheard her talking about me to the other employees behind the register! It's as if she had too much pride and she needed to prove that she was right about the orders I get it there are two servings in an order which of course would make four pieces. But two orders, and four orders are to different things! It's the way she was talking to me as if I was stupid. And then looking at the other customers that was the race as her so they can chime in. I felt so 'embarrassed, because I Go there a lot. She makes it seem like she has a complex. As a shift leader you should never talk about a another costumer on the floor!!

There is plenty of hand sanitizer. The staff does an excellent job of enforcing the mask rule. The staff is very friendly. I would recommend ordering ahead on the mobile app otherwise you will incur a longer wait.
