The service at this locatin has improved since I last posted my sub-par experience. The food is made better and service is reasonably quick. I would revisit this location.

There are always dirty bums with their dirty feet out laying directly at the front of the entrance doors… ALWAYS! And the staff always has an attitude with nasty faces on. Every single time. I’ve had it with this location. Never again.. I rather drive over to metropolitan.

Worst service ever for takeout. Always get 2 or 3 items missing even though the receipt lists everything. I would give them a zero if I could. This is how my Big Mac came. The top bun was in the middle

A month ago, I gave this franchise a 5 star review. But as of this past weekend I had to come back to change it. I'm a very fair and understanding person when it comes to giving reviews and knowing that sometimes things happen. As far as food goes, it should always be prepped and cooked properly but I get, sometimes things happen. However, to have the same thing happen two times in a row is unacceptable. This past weekend I wanted chicken nuggets and fries, sent my husband in and as soon as he came back in something smelled terribly burnt. When I opened the bag, it looked like they had drained whatever was at the bottom of the fries oil and gave it to him. The nuggets were no better, they were both inedible. I was so upset. On Sunday again, I went back not even thinking that this may happen to me again because before the first time it never happened before. Low and behold I got burnt fries and nuggets. They lost a customer and a pretty regular one too.

Worst Experience ever Horrible Customer service ever standing over 1 hour in line with a line Only one cashier she cashing and serving other girl so rude and unmannerly to customer when customer complain she took her cell phone and just stood there on her phone customers could hear her saying i only have 2 hands I'm not an octopus with 8 hands Customer asked for extra drizzle of carmel on frap she bluntly refuse when the cashier was about to help she stop her n said they have to pay extra. Poor cashier said Im sorry I was told Im not allowed to add extra carmel.

they always serve me badly and they give the orders wrong because they are bad one pays for the food they should pay more attention they always give me very bad orders in this place it's a pity that there is no other place nearby they must solve this

cashier are nice they go out there way to help 1 register person though ! the bag people and people who make your food always have attitude . A short Spanish missing tooth manager rather be trying to look pretty then do her job walking pasting around it’s sad

drink area needs help seems like a lot of people order drinks , the manager rather argue then get the job done . They was a manager also having a blown full FaceTime conversation while I waited 15 minutes on my order . When I asked about it , it was a problem . Another short blue hair Spanish manager girl i asked a female register her name if I recall is Erica left my order unfinished in a bag to move her car then came back with Burger King an went straight to the back she then comes to the front an say Im still here that she sorry. Didn’t want to offend her but she had Bad morning breath around my food .

This place was amazing! I was having a bit hearing issue and the worker saw my order number and brought me my bag, if it wasn't for her i need to wait a little longer. Lovely! Workers are very nice here ^^

Good service. However the bummer is that management doesn't keep up with the bad things such as teen smoking on the second floor. At least 5 different underage teens smoking in front of my 6 year old.. Had to leave..
