In store experience great. Nice showroom and displays. The problem is one item a coffee table was too large. We realized once it was unpacked. I called to ask if it was possible to return or exchange. I immediately went from hero (approximately $3,000) purchase to public enemy #1. I was read the riot act and told zero returns no exchanges nothing. I was advised I should've known and it's in the fine print. First and last time buying from here.

Went inside with the intention of just looking around, Rainy helped me with showing ne around, getting me comfortable, and answering all my questions in a very informative, yet not aggressive approach. Yakov was extremely helpful with myself and my daughter when purchasing our mattresses, a bed frame for me and other bedding accessories. Additionally, we wanted our items delivered on a Thursday or a Friday, but at the time the earliest date available was the following Monday. Well, as soon as the Friday before the Monday opened, we were immediately notified and took the open day. I’d recommend asking for him when you go to the location in Middle Village, Queens NY.

Had a Great experience my first time shopping at this showroom. The showroom is clean and well lite. The salesperson, Raymond Jean, was knowledgeable and not pushy like other sales people . He listened to our needs and wants and showed us several options. Ask for Raymond when shopping The sell and checkout was quick. Plenty of options for delivery dates

This was my first time buying from Raymour & Flanigan. And since I was there a few times to make different purchases, I had the pleasure of working with 3 different sales reps. All of them were polite, knowledgeable and very professional. Although one of them stood out to me the most. This sales rep went ABOVE & BEYOND for me. Her name is JADE ROSE! Let me explain why… My girlfriend purchased a beautiful sleigh bedroom set. Once we received it, we noticed how much space it actually took. Which is 100% my fault. So I decided to go back to Raymor & Flanigan to see if there was anything they can do for me. I spoke to Jade Rose and she totally understood my situation and even felt bad. She spoke to her Manager and explained to him my situation. Now normally any furniture store wouldn’t be able to take back the furniture due to store policies. Which I totally understand. The manager was super down to earth and explained to me how i would need prior approval from the main office. A few days go by and Jade Rose stood on top of the situation, sticking her neck out for me. Talking and vouching for me (which she didn’t have to) Long story short Jade Rose made it happen. Because of her, I got approved and I was able to switch up my bed room set. Jade Rose if you ever read this… I have a whole different type of respect for you… you’re an amazing person with a heart of gold. I am forever grateful. Raymour & Flanigan is my store now.. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend everyone who’s looking for great quality furniture and great sales reps to help you through it all, to go to Raymour & Flanigan at middle village. And ask for Jade Rose (she the best)! I hope Raymour & Flanigan considers making Jade Rose a manager.

My wife and I went to buy a dresser and chest that she saw online and she was able to purchase them both last Saturday. The sales person Miss Acevedo was very helpful and patient with us. It was a pleasure shopping there. The furniture is to be delivered this Tuesday. Nice atmosphere professional personnel.

The showroom is large and very clean, and the woman who helped us, Mara, was wonderful. We were able to see the couch we had in mind in person, and she helped set us up for delivery. All in all a very positive experience! Thank you Mara!

Fantastic salesman Hugo is excellent. Took his time to show us two nice mattress. So we walked out of there getting one queen & twin mattress. The woman at customer service was also excellent and very helpful. For those two people we will return to this store

With her inviting smile and knowledge of all things furniture Jade Rose was nothing less than a delight. She helped me choose a beautiful dining room set and had it delivered in 4 days even though it wasn't supposed to be available for over a month! 5/5 would recommend to a friend!
