anytime i come on time yu guys are never open according to what yu tell your customers. the line is unbearable. only ever have one person in the front and you guys dont even try to be quick so customers can leave. 20-30 minutes on the line, unbelievable

The manager sure does not know the meaning of customer service. Today I was a customer who was ready to buy two heels however I noticed my size was only on display. Then when I asked the manager if I can buy the shoe on display as that was the one left in my size she said no. I even showed her a pair of the exact same heel in another size that obviously could be used to replace the one I really wanted which was on display and she said no again. I don’t know if that’s a rule because obviously a store would want to sell as much as possible! Well basically because of this they lost a sale and also a potential loyal customer. I even saw a negative review with pictures about the same manager before.

We come to Mandee very often, every time the same PROBLEM WITH THE MANAGER. She is the worst employee, has been there for a long time and is rude, she attends in a very bad way. I asked him for help looking for that wallet that was hanging there, the one that is hanging back, he told me go find it in front of me, I went and it was not there, because I grabbed a stick and grabbed it and he started yelling at me in front of everyone, I told him well go and show me where it is, he told me first give me the wallet to hang it then I'll tell him, don't come and show me, well I started walking and since there were no more of those, I said, can I take that one? And he says, don't you see that it is a sample? Give it to me, I should go hang it up. Her attitude is very angry, it seems that one was going to steal or ask for free. PREVIOUSLY I had a 5-star review and look at there are so many people complaining and I don't understand how the owners don't do something about it. TAKE A PHOTO OF THE GIRL SO THE OWNERS WILL SEE THAT IT IS THE ONE WITH THE HORRIBLE SERVICE. And they lose customers, that is, money.

My daughter loves this store. They have such on trend young fashion for excellence prices. There is so much to choose from. You can look good for way less by shopping here at the store instead of online.

I visited around 6:15pm today and after I couldn't find anyone to help me on the floor I used a pole to reach a top from the upper rack. An employee pops up and says "you should ask for help that's really DISRESPECTFUL"! I dropped all my items and walked out because I've never heard such nonsense in my life. Understandable if I had ruined a pile of clothes etc but the top was the first thing on the rack and all I did was get my size and was going to check out! Unbelievable! They've lost a customer for sure and from all their other reviews management needs to retrain their employees!

I bought the jeans pants here and the zipper is not working so I went to exchange the same one /the same size and they were like no I can't exchange anymore coz over 1 months. I was explaining that I was out of the state and I had to be in quatrains that why and also the zipper is broken since i bought it but still no i have to buy it again.. It just so not fair. I little leave the pant over there you can have my $10 ..

My wife loves this store, they have good prices for clothes which is even better for my wallet, no the best quality in shoes tho, but for clothes definitely really good deals. I guess you get what you paid for she spent 10 dollars in a pair of boots they were so comfortable but on the other side she wore them 3 times and the sole came off. Overall is a good place to shop. I usually don't recommend stores but definitely you should stop by.

These days I live to shop.....on a budget, a very tight one BUT Mandee always comes through. For me it's like raiding my younger, slightly smaller sister's closet, if I had a sister. It's a haven for young girls when it's prom time. It's LIKE the spot for for US " Girls" LIKE period. Please note, I'm as young (17 and a half) as I feel! There's always a sale, which tells me prices are just marked slightly higher to give us that euphoric feeling that we bagged the goodies for 40% off! Wow! The illusion of a sale gets us every time! Staff too is super young but I've only encountered professional behavior from them. Very helpful they are. The quality isn't the very best but it isn't the worst either. Other than clothes, they stock accessories, bags, shoes, girly trinkets and those (wanna be) smell like the real thing perfumes (budget or not I refuse to use).
