Dissapointed. They're so many adidas sneakers and options but this stores selection is really small. Not good since its in a mall. I cant recommend this place. Shop online instead. That being said staff was nice but literally was able to view all the sneakers they had in abiut 1-2 minutes.

Unfortunately, a very unpleasant experience with Christian A. The store hours listed include store closing at 7pm. I was at the door 6 minutes prior just to find out that they were not letting any customers in. I mentioned that I only needed a couple of minutes (as I knew exactly what I needed to get). Still to no avail. Very unfortunate as I had to get an Uber to try to make it on-time

They never put my online order from 12/09 together until 12/24 at 7pm. Kept calling the store if it was ready for pickup but I kept getting different stories. One employee said "your order is in the system... but it's not in the system." While another one said they needed a manager to do it yet somehow their store is open without one?! Magically it was ready on CHRISTMAS EVE when I already left for the holidays. I don't know what seasonal employee they forced to put together a month's worth of online orders but to that person I'm saying thank you.

Good store with decent selection. The first time I bought an item that was on sale I was charged the full price, which I realized only at home. They wanted me to come back to the store to make the claim. However, all got resolved after I followed up on whether they could just transfer the difference back on my credit card.

Nobody bothered to offer help with anything. No one greeted us, no one offered assistance. I spent roughly 5 minutes in there. It was not like they were busy, they were more involved in the conversations they were having with other people. I love Adidas and I will continue to purchase but online as I normally do. If you want assistance do NOT bother going to this store.
