7 Best shoe store in Queens, New York (NY) 2024

We come to Mandee very often, every time the same PROBLEM WITH THE MANAGER. She is the worst employee, has been there for a long time and is rude, she attends in a very bad way. I asked him for help looking for that wallet that was hanging there, the one that is hanging back, he told me go find it in front of me, I went and it was not there, because I grabbed a stick and grabbed it and he started yelling at me in front of everyone, I told him well go and show me where it is, he told me first give me the wallet to hang it then I'll tell him, don't come and show me, well I started walking and since there were no more of those, I said, can I take that one? And he says, don't you see that it is a sample? Give it to me, I should go hang it up. Her attitude is very angry, it seems that one was going to steal or ask for free. PREVIOUSLY I had a 5-star review and look at there are so many people complaining and I don't understand how the owners don't do something about it. TAKE A PHOTO OF THE GIRL SO THE OWNERS WILL SEE THAT IT IS THE ONE WITH THE HORRIBLE SERVICE. And they lose customers, that is, money. ~Stephanie

Went to do a return. I arrived at 6:43pm on Sunday. I was happy that I made it because it stated they close at 7pm. The guard lady at the door wouldn't let me in and told me they were closed. I was confused because it says they close at 7pm and she told me yes they do but they're closed for the day. Idk how they conduct business here, but closing at 7pm to me means at 7pm no one else enters the store and you service the current clients. Not shut down at 6:43pm, but clearly before that because there was a man standing there when I walked up who also couldn't get into the store. So I spoke around her to a worker that's was close to the entrance and asked if they did returns, he told me yes, and a worker from the register heard our conversation and told the security to let me in. Now I'm not sure if the workers told the guard not to let anyone else in the store or not, but sometimes we have to stop being "YES" MEN & WOMEN! Not sure if I will ever return to this store specifically to do business. I thought it would be easier than mailing my in returns from my online order. ~Shakahnie

This was a good place to shop for kids clothes. I didn't like that it was very messy. I know it's customers moving clothes everywhere but I didn't expect the place to feel so cluttered. The staff was very friendly and helpful, or maybe they were making sure we weren't stealing, maybe it was both. Either way it's their job but I probably would only go back if I really needed something right away. ~Mahalia

They have a wide selection of plus size clothes. They also had a pair of shoes I liked online in store in my size. I wear a size 12 so I was pleasantly surprised. ~eggy1225
