Very small store and it can get pretty packed. A few of the workers were just standing around BSing with each other while blocking small spots for people to look and shop for items. I had to actually tell them "excuse me I need to see these items please", so they could finally move. (mind you after standing there for about 5 min trying to reach over them and none of them budged).

Got to the store at 8:40 and was not allowed in. The website said Closes soon ⋅ 9PM . The staff was crude.

Unbelievable long lines and terrible customer service. Had to make an exchange for a size smaller, & I can literally see the crocs I needed hanging in front of me, something that required no more time to shop, just to exchange and leave, yet I had to wait outside the store for a lengthy period of time.Very sarcastic store associates working here. Never again will I shop here. Please provide better customer experience, this is terrible!!!!!!!

Went to do a return. I arrived at 6:43pm on Sunday. I was happy that I made it because it stated they close at 7pm. The guard lady at the door wouldn't let me in and told me they were closed. I was confused because it says they close at 7pm and she told me yes they do but they're closed for the day. Idk how they conduct business here, but closing at 7pm to me means at 7pm no one else enters the store and you service the current clients. Not shut down at 6:43pm, but clearly before that because there was a man standing there when I walked up who also couldn't get into the store. So I spoke around her to a worker that's was close to the entrance and asked if they did returns, he told me yes, and a worker from the register heard our conversation and told the security to let me in. Now I'm not sure if the workers told the guard not to let anyone else in the store or not, but sometimes we have to stop being "YES" MEN & WOMEN! Not sure if I will ever return to this store specifically to do business. I thought it would be easier than mailing my in returns from my online order.

Good little store for crocs, The biggest size is 13 ,that was good for me because that's my size ,I just starting wearing them for work. I got black work ones slip resistant. The ankle part was a little snug but it's expanded some with wear.The customer service was great ,the folks over there were pretty friendly. I would go back to queens center mall to this crocs store.

i never usually write reviews on experiences but what i experienced today was absurd. I came by to purchase some new crocs for the summer and walked in to what almost felt like a suffocating store of employees that make u feel uncomfortable during the whole entire shopping experience. Looking at the charms there was an employee that legit was following me counting how many i had and keeping an eye on what i was doing. I understand that they’re doing their jobs but when i spending my hard earned money on overpriced croc charms and be treated not like a customer is insane. On top of that when i was trying on the crocs another employee placed himself right on top of the bench i was on monitoring me. I couldn’t even feel comfortable trying on the shoes without feeling like I was almost doing something wrong. I just simply can’t wrap my head around how a store allows their employees to make an store environment feel so awful.

A small store with a lot of Crocs. There is a limited number of people allowed in the store due to the amount of space they have. The store is nicely organized and staffing is great.

First and last time i come to this location. The associate helping us was not capable to help us. Constantly confusing us with the shoe sizing. She had very little patient and kept raising her voice when we asked for help. She was very rude. When it was time to check out i requested to speak to the manager. It ends up being the lady “helping” us was the manager. Managers are the role models associates should follow. The lack of leader ship is shown by who manages this store. I truly am disappointed from this experience. Communication skills and leadership lacks here.

This is my favorite store. The shoes here are very comfortable. I get over 20,000 steps a day and my feet never hurt. I wear the fuzz lined clogs year round. I especially like wearing them in the summer because no socks are necessary. Just slip them on and go.
