Had the worst experience in all of my Chipotle visits, just was in the area and got that Chipotle crave. Fajita peppers ran out and the server didn’t even bother to ask if I wanted to wait for it. The chicken was burnt and cold (paid for double chicken as I wanted extra to substitute the missing Fajita peppers). Asked about the Sugar content in the new Watermelon Limade, seemed like everyone was ignorant about this, there’s no nutritional facts documentation available in house regarding this either. To customers: Please find a better location to meet your cravings, would never recommend this one.

I’m not one to write reviews but what in the world is this?!! Absolutely terrible service my husband asked for a refund once after waiting over an hour for his order he placed online when the wait time said 20 minutes…after a HUGE hassle calling and emailing for a refund we never got it. Silly me… decided to give this location one more chance.. placed an order online with a wait time of about 20 min.. I understand waiting an extra 10 min ..… HOWEVER, I waited 45 MINUTES!! With my baby in my arms and asked for my order multiple times and a refund .. they don’t do refunds in stores, your order is “being made” for hours .. just terrible! .. isn’t ordering ahead supposed to be convenient for the PAYING customer ? NEVER again .

This is absolutely the worst chipotle in queens the staff doesn’t cater to its costumers. There servings are not reflective of the prices. We don't get the bang for the buck we are spending. I’ve been to other chipotles that give a decent size of portions that actually fills the container up and looks way better than this. Don't recommend getting food from here whatsoever.

I'm starting not to like coming here. The staff is always friendly and nice. However, the counters is always messy where the food is. Someone posted a photo and it's always like that. It's just gross. One of the staff took a towel and wiped it clean and without changing gloves she started to grab my food to complete my order. I had to stop her right there. We ain't doing that miss nasty. I rather go to the one on Junction Blvd, they're always on point and it's clean.

So I came to this location since I go to Elmont bust was not going to make, so I stop buy and they was out of white rice, chicken, fajitas and I ask the member that was on the line is it cause your location is out of it, he said no its that the kitchen was closed and they didn't prep enough white rice and chicken, so how is that when chicken and white rice is like French fries to McDonald's. So I looked over the kitchen and the grill was closed and they was getting ready to close with guest in the store at 920 pm I was just amazed one time I came here and they was close due to the sign said an emergency 🙃 could it be cause of poor management I'm just a little turn of that I'm going to start working out there and I can't even get food after the gym cause it might be out

If you’re gonna get food from this place, I recommend you go in person to order so they can’t skimp you on servings. Every time I get delivery, I always receive half a portion even though I’m paying for double of everything. Other Chipotle’s out there are better than this one.

I had 3 children bowls delivered and the chicken was completely burnt in all 3 bowls. We tried eating it anyways hoping the flavor wasn't too bad. It got to the point that we even took the burnt chicken out, and the food still tasted burnt. Sadly we had to throw out all the bowls. I don't trust ordering food from here anymore.

Shoutout Liyani, the chicken bowls were fire. I felt super appreciated as a customer & the service from Liyani was phenomenal. Ima come back to this location because it’s always a smooth experience here. Good eats, good vibes. Give that girl a raise she made my bowls quick AND rang me up at the register, she was doing it all. Thank you

Food appearance is everything. For your location to be this sloppy is just sad. Thought I’d give them another chance. Nope definitely done with this location. Seriously have some pride McDonald’s across the street is cleaner and more enthusiastic workers than this.
