Love Loft along with Gap, Ann Taylor - all on Austin Street. Found some awesome maroon color floral dress at a decent price along with other dress tops. Wish the trial rooms stay open longer.

Now that they have become an "Outlet" they no longer exchange items ordered on line which does not produce a customer friendly experience. I asked for help with a label to send back via post office manager told me call the loft office. Very rude whoever the manager was on 11/2/19 @ 1:30 on Austin St. I had several items to purchase which I left behind after being treated so rudely they will not get my business.

My closet is 99% loft and Ann Taylor. The outlet merchandise definitely are not the same quality in every respect, prints, quality of material, sizing and tailoring. All the sweaters and some of the blouses wrinkle terribly with just normal wear and have to constantly have to be steamed out. I’m finding the prices could be better for the quality that is being sold. I’ve been returning more than I keep and that never happened before. Sorry to say it seems it’s over priced outlet quality.

Since it's now an Outlet location, everything is on sale. The store is clean and the associates are friendly. I went on Friday around noon and was there for about an hour; store had some customers, but it wasn't crowded, which made for a pleasant shopping experience.

My mother always shops in this store. She's been coming here for years. I came in here with her a couple of months ago. The store had a 40% promotion on everything there. She chose 3 items. She presented a $20 reward card and a $15 birthday card. The cashier accepted both cards, scanned them and threw them in the garbage. My mother charged the purchase to her loft card. As we were leaving the store, I looked at the receipt and realized that the birthday card did not reflect on the price. We returned to the cashier to ask what happened and if we could have the card back and use it another time. The cashier couldn't return the card because it was already ripped up and in the garbage. She said she scanned both cards and she didn't know why one of the cards wasn't showing. After trying to figure it out for about 30-45 minutes with the 2 cashiers and the manager, they couldn't do anything better, but to charge everything all over again, discount one of the items by $15 from the original tag price, then take 40% off the new price...long story short, the price we ended up with was only $7 less than the first. But that's not the point... after receiving the statement, my mother was charged for both purchases???!! I called customer service on two occasions explaining to them the situation and I was told twice that they will remove the first charge from the card and that my mom will only pay for the second purchase. They kept on removing the charge and then putting it back on the next statement, WTH?? I am so pissed off with the sales people and the stupid customer service over the phone. They are so clueless about anything that is going on, all they care about is just making a sale. They don't want to honor the mailed discounts to frequent shoppers. And they sneakily throw away the coupons pretending to scan them in, in hopes that customers will not notice it. To this day we cannot resolve this matter with them. The total bill now is more than what the 3 items would have been with their original price without any promotions or coupons. We will not be coming back to this store anymore. Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere you will be appreciated as a customer and not ripped off like these people do.
