ATM wouldn't dispense my cash and branch manager refused to address that their ATM had my cash in it because their ATM is "outsourced". Pathetic service and I am glad I left PNC for USAA.

My previous tenant lost a refund check of her security deposit I mailed her. I failed have a copy of it have no idea about the check # which I purchased in the Edison branch. However, both the cashiers and its supervisor of this Dayton branch took extra miles to contact to their superior office and found a way to cancel the previous bank check and create a new one for my tenant. Although I made a couple of trips there, I am still very happy with their attitude towards customers. Thanks.

Representatives who work here don't value customers' time. I scheduled an appointment here at 2:30 and I arrived here 5 mins before the scheduled time. Once I entered they asked me to wait as they are attending to other customers. I waited for 15 minutes but no response, so I asked them how much more time I need to wait they told me to wait for 5-10 minutes. I didn't feel good as I scheduled a time so that I can save time as it is a working day for me. when I asked them what is the use of scheduling an appointment answer was some customers were walking-in. I agree they need to address the customer then what is the use of scheduling an appointment. If they don't manage appointments and value customers' time, I won't take their services.

Always the nicest people working in here. It is very nice walking in and getting asked how my family is, being they don’t get out like they used to because of age.

Most disrespectful tellers and the teller supervisor having been to the bank couples of times even against what so many of my co-WORKERS said abt them being racist and not friendly......walked in didnt see you for 2 weeks showing you know me very well and next thing is asking me ridiculous question before I can withdraw from my account...... Horrible pple

Great friendly staff very helpful sometimes it feels like a dream compared to all the other pnc banks this is the only branch I will go to
