I got my Nissan Rogue from them in 2016 and I cannot complain on the service or the entire experience. They also have a service station and trust me they provide pretty good service and also do end to end inspection. The facility is well kept and maintained. Staff is very cooperative.

Dave was great to work with even though the new car market stinks overall in terms of selection and pricing. Dave was a true gentleman and easy to work with and chat during the time I was there. Didn’t feel like a typical sales pitch.

Quoted me several thousand dollars above MSRP on a Nissan Leaf after making me fill out all of my info for financing. Had I known they'd be jacking up the price to the extent they did, I wouldn't have bothered. Look elsewhere if you're looking to buy an electric car.

I bought my first car from Acme Nissan last fall and had a really great experience. Brian in the service department was awesome! Loved the follow’s up calls leading to the appointment . In the A.M when I dropped my car off for servicing , the office was pre - prepared for my arrival and got me out of the door very quickly. The Customer Service could be a little more better but guess it was a stressful day today or maybe I came when people were on lunch w/o an appointment. I never make one, guess I will in the future. 😂 Anyway I give them a 5 because of a young gentleman who is always nice and friendly when I need a Oil Change. He give me updates about my car while the work is being done. It IS expensive coming here for certain service's like car parts..🤦🏾♀️ I miss the little things like cookie's and chips that they use to have but guess not anymore.

We called the dealership and the car wasn’t even out of service yet, but they advised us to come at 4 when it was done being serviced so that we could test drive it. We agreed and later met up with Andy Patel when we arrived. From the beginning he was pleasant, courteous and knew exactly what we wanted and never steered us away from it. The process was quick and we had our new car in less than 2 hours! There were NO hidden fees or costs. Andy made the experience all the better. Thank you Andy for your honesty and service.
