No one and I mean NO ONE, should ever take their car to be serviced by Nissan in Egg Harbor Twp. The service employees, especially the service manager, are incredibly UNPROFESSIONAL. I brought my car in for brake services, and do you think Nissan would properly service my vehicle after giving specific details about what was happening to the car! NO! After waiting, for more than 4 hours, I left Nissan after being informed everything was fine. Everything was NOT fine!! The issues I initially brought my car in to be serviced for were STILL HAPPENING. Now I have to shell out over $500 with Mavis because I trusted the Nissan employees when they said, "All is well" The most DISTURBING part about all of this was when I asked for an explanation as to why this happened NO ONE had an answer for me. To continue to be told, "I don't know," "I wasn't there," and "Well, what do you want me to do about it" by two different managers is entirely unacceptable. When I asked for an explanation as to why this happened, the attitude given to me was almost enough to make me forget that I am a saved woman. I had EVERY intention of going back and buying another car with them because I had such a great experience with James. But after the treatment I received in person and over the phone, Nissan will never get another dime out of me!

Best place you can buy a car if you want to get a good deal. Gave a excellent trade in value for the trade in and had good prices on the car purchased. Highly recommend !

Juan helped me with my new vehicle and he was so awesome. Very nice and very helpful throughout the whole process. Also helped my mother with her new vehicle. We are very pleased with our cars and the service we received. Felt like family. Nick was awesome too! Will refer them to people we know looking for new cars. I stopped in about 2 weeks ago and wasn't able to make anything happen. So I shopped around for a little and decided to come back to see Richie. Krista in service is absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond for me! I needed a new transmission and she made the process smooth and easy! She changed my entire outlook on Nissan as a whole and had the best customer service skills I’ve ever witnessed in a my years. Hands down the absolute BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A CAR DEALERSHIP! Working with the sales manager, James Torrez, and sales associate, Shaunice Small, was amazing! They made sure everything was 100% approved, in our price range, found me the exact car that I wanted that I didn't even consider before with NO HIDDEN SURPRISES (other than how incredible the car was) and did it all before my husband and I even came to the dealership! I was super skeptical as I've had pretty bad experiences at car dealerships before, but they made me feel comfortable, REALLY LISTENED to what my wants were and what our financial needs were but not only that, they even listened to personal details. Before going to the dealership, I had been working only with the sales manager, James. I had mentioned to him that we didn't want to go anywhere until we knew 100% that we were approved and knew the numbers would work for us financially. I mentioned the reason being I'm a stay at home mom with our 18 month old son, another on the way and my husbands crazy work schedule. When we came into the dealership, we were immediately greeted by sales associate, Shaunice Small who told me not to worry about anything; that they were 100% positive that we were going to leave there in a car that I loved. Then she said "congratulations on the new baby! Do you know the gender yet? You have a boy now, right?". This may seem little to anyone else but to me, the fact that her and James not only communicated about our wants and needs but about the details with our family absolutely amazed me! I couldn't believe it!at Matt Blatt Nissan, I felt like a real person rather than just a number. I will never go to another dealership again. I'm so happy to say that Shaunice was right! I drove away in a car that I'm in love with and a dealership that I know will take care of us not only with anything with this car, but all of our purchases in the future! Nick and his crew team have always been friendly and respectful to me and my family. We’ve used Nissan for years and will continue to use them moving forward. Even though I wasn’t able to get a deal done my most recent visit due to my own personal setbacks. Nick and his team are always willing to exercise all possible options to get you in a nice new vehicle for a reasonable price!

The sales person Richie is excellent. He is very patience and treat me as a valuable customer. The only problem that I have was the price of the car and the extra charges that added to the total price. I know that it is the market and the shortsge of chips, but I feel that dealerships are taking advantage of it. My wife likes the car. It is my first Nissan, so I hope that it last for a long time. Richie is a good sales person and did everything to convince us that this car was the best for my wife and family. He is a good member of your sales team.
