I went there expecting a wait! There was a 5 minute wait. I sat there and Kieran talked to me most of the time. This was my first visit. The whole team was professional and shared information about my vehicle, they made me feel comfortable for the the 1st but not last visit.

I later checked the sticker they put on my car. I had synthetic oil change which is good for 10,000 miles the sticker they put on my car states to come back in 3,000 miles I called them and was told they didn't have the proper sticker so they gave me what they had. Now I don't feel confident that they put the proper oil in my car. I don't think I will use them again. To be safe I plan on changing oil at 5,000 miles which is an added expense

I have been getting my oil changed at MGM for about 10 years now with 4 different vehicles. They have always been quick, honest, and no pressure. They are a walk-in business. They offer several services for general car maintenance. They also have a car wash and a nice taco place to get some food and a margarita while you wait (Tacos El Tio)

Stay away! They improperly installed the oil filter and oil sprayed all over my engine. When I discovered the issue and returned, the manager tried to back out of responsibility. These were the only “mechanics” to touch my car in that time frame. When the manager started to spray my engine down with break fluid (bad idea) and I saw a worker using vice grips to remove the drain plug, I left. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, I should have known better.

Stay away from this place. Had to take my car to the dealership the day after I had an oil change because of loud noise. They told me whoever worked on my car didn't close the air filter compartment properly. Everybody makes mistakes so I decided to give them another try so went there for another oil change and guess what. Next day I found a piece of plastic tube laying around the passenger side, didn't know what it was until a friend of mine told me it was the glove box damper. Not sure if they are just very incompetent or a bunch of crooks. Never going back there again.

Went in to get my oil changed at MGM or I guess now valvoline. They insisted I need dexos full synthetic when I have always used dexos semi synthetic, since the free oil changes at the dealership. They tried to charge me $82 for an oil change I paid $36(with coupon) for the last time I came there. They gave me a whole $12 off wow! I paid twice the amount I did last time. I have been coming to get my oil change here for almost 20 years since I started driving. NOT ANYMORE! They lost a long time customer! Good luck valvoline because I’m sure there will be a lot more people leaving with these price jumps.

I had been going here for about the last year. No issues until I go to another shop because of relocating...the mechanics come out to me in shock and tell me they’re surprised my engine didn’t blow! THERE WAS NO FILTER! MGM is the last and only place I’ve gone for the last year. Mind blown. Never going again.

Always quick and do a good job. They always notify me of anything they find wrong or concerning but don't try to push products on you like Jiffy Lube. Usually I'm in and out in 15-20 mins despite the fact that they are usually pretty busy. They also report to Carfax Everytime you get an oil change so you don't need to keep receipts.

Even when really busy, some how they manage to get your oil change and full service under 30mins. Have been going here for a few years and service is always great. At time of payment they give you a full run down of what was done and any recommendations for what to keep an eye for.
