Rude customer service. Kicked us out of office because we didn’t have mask. Could. Billion dollar company not even decent enough to offer my daughter and I a mask.

I went in as a walk on patient. The kiosk was not working so an employee took my paperwork. When she saw I did not have an appointment she berated me for not having one on front of 3 other patients. She said you have had this order since November there is no excuse. I said is walk in ok she said yes but I would have to wait. I told her I understood that. I normally walk into LabCorp with no problem I understand the wait. When I finally went in to do paperwork I got berated a second time. I will never return to this facility. This was absolutely unacceptable. I normally go to LabCorp in Vernon everyone is polite and respectful. I will be going back there. My Dr asked me to try quest I did. Not going back.

Unbelievably rude staff. Best place is Roxbury LabCorp. I've been holding a grudge against the woman who did my drug test for over a year. Mean for no reason, she looks like she didn't sleep. That's a managerial problem as well.

The scheduling is a pain. The people clearly don’t want to be there. They almost made me miss a surgery because they didn’t get my Covid PCR test finished in time…..4 days later, it’s still not done. It was required to be done 3 days prior. They assured me it would be fine. Avoid, especially for important things.

I started going to Quest, back in September as Aetna Medicare was having a dispute with Newton Medical Center, apparently over the negotiated fees for services. I wasn’t the only one apparently having this problem with NMC. I needed weekly blood work and monthly testing for an antibiotic resistant infection. I scheduled all my appointments in the MyQuest app and did not have any issues. On my first visit I was “welcomed to Quest”. There was a genuine concern for what I was there for. I can also see my results the next day on my “MyQuest” account. While NMC may get your results back a few hours sooner, getting through the patient reception center, while they are feuding with Aetna (as a network provider) adds an extra measure of stress to things that I don’t need. I have told everyone I know who is with Aetna to go to Quest for their tests. It’s just better!

Very rude staff. My grandmother needed to use the bathroom and she was just dropping me off she went in and asked if she could use the bathroom and they told her no and she ended up having an accident in the parking lot completely unprofessional. Will never ever recommend this place. you call yourself health Care professionals here how dare you.

Mirela is the best!! She is super friendly, polite and professional. I got my blood work done twice at this location and I had her both times. I was able to get in and out in less than 30 minutes on both visits. Just keep in mind that it’s still a pandemic and appointment is HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended.

Do not go here if you do not have an appointment!! I waited almost 3 hours and never got any tests taken. The staff was rude and poorly mismanaged! I have to get my blood work done 3X a year and Newton Quest Diagnostic is the worst I've been to! I went to another Quest Diagnostic without an appointment, and only waited approximately 30 minutes. They would take an appointment in, then a walk in ect.... and, they were not rude about about it! Newton Quest Diagnostic is poorly mismanaged compared to other Quests around!!

Great environment. But the best is the staff! Always smiling and friendly. They take their time and I have never felt rushed! Almost always on time too. Rarely do I wait . The staff are all very excellent with their procedures. I have never had any more venous punctures than is necessary. Patient and kind professionals. I highly recommend this office to anyone, family, friends, my entire community. Stay as helpful as you are. Do not change the staff members here!

Friendly, welcoming, compassionate and professional staff! I wouldn't go anywhere else! I have blood drawn on a regular basis and this location has the best staff by far. Be sure to make an appointment online or by phone first, and bring your confirmation number with you. The self check in takes less then one minute. I never have to wait more then 5 minutes at the very most. Very clean location as well.
