The level of professionalism and customer service at this Walgreens pharmacy is below sub-par. I have been a customer of Walgreens for several years. NEVER have I had issues obtaining my medication by providing either my license or verbally confirming my mailing address. Unfortunately I’ve had numerous negative experiences dealing with this pharmacy. Today was it. I was turned away from purchasing my medication all over an address. No where could I find a Walgreens policy stating that a physical address was required to obtain prescription medication. I then called around. Found one location that was open. Inquired with the pharmacist about this “ policy “. Was informed that a physical address is not required accept when controlled substances were prescribed. I then asked what if the customer still cannot produce a verifiable physical address can the pharmacy decline service. The response was no. Mind you neither medication I had refilled was a controlled substance. So in essence the pharmacist instigated an unprovoked situation. He could’ve stayed the course as a professional and accepted my mailing address as listed on file and be done. Instead he chose to dig into my personal affairs which violated my privacy. A vagrant has the right to their medication with or without an address. In fact in the state of CA all citizens are legally allowed to use a post office box for their DL or ID card. Also SSA allows it’s beneficiaries to use POB as many of them are either homeless, or cannot receive mail at their physical address per contract or verbal agreement. Reasonably understandable. What I experienced was harassment. Am I surprised.. no.

Stood at the counter was ignored ask if it was closed girl said they were only working one line the one marked covid check in. Nothong was posted went back in line girl waited on cistomer in yjat lime right afyet I left. I gibe give this place a zero gor vistomer service

I’m not sure if they even have medicine or if all those shelves are full of air or something but I was told they were backed up almost 250 orders and that my prescription would be ready tomorrow? This isn’t the first time they do this tbh. Idk why I don’t change pharmacy but rite aid is looking kinda good 👀

Bad experience. Went to pick up my boyfriends prescription on 12/4/21 and Sabrina was rude and unprofessional. She denied that a physical prescription was dropped off the day prior. She had my boyfriends mom come to the store so that they can try to locate her on camera. Desire then implied that the prescription was dropped of at another pharmacy and not Walgreens. Desire also said that had called the Doctor and left a message at his office and lied because I was on the phone with the Doctor who also called the pharmacy and told them they never called him. All pharmacy techs were rude and unprofessional. I spoke to the AGM Anna who was very helpful, she review camera footage and was able to identify the tech who did not scan the prescription and misplaced the prescription. We then received a call saying the prescription was ready and Sabrina apologized and gave us $10 rewards but was still rude. No other tech apologized. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone unless they improve customer service and staff

Horrible horrible pharmacy service! I made an appointment online to get my chicken pox vaccine, received a confirmation number and was reminded of my appointment the day of, however when I get there I wait in line for over 30 mins because they are very slow/ unorganized. When I finally get to the window, I’m told they don’t give that vaccine. Ugh… why let me book an appointment for the vaccine and give me a confirmation number? So upset and disappointed with their service

This place is completely unorganized and unreliable. If I could give it zero start I would. Once again, my prescription is ready but the Pharmacist has not showed up for 2 days and they tell me I need to go to Turlock. I don't understand why they can't hand me my already filled prescription. This place is a joke.

So I ordered two pictures that are 4x6. They were supposed to be ready by 9:50 am. Got there like around 10 am. Went to the photo department and the lady working there didn’t even acknowledge me, she kept doing her thing. I was there for about 5 minutes until she decided she was ready to help me. While I was waiting I grabbed some flowers and a bag of m&m’s. She was like: if you order was submitted today the pictures won’t be ready until Saturday because we ran out of paper. How come no one called me or sent me a message regarding this. She was very uncaring about the situation. She didn’t even bother to ask me if I wanted to pay for my items there. So I went to the store line and bought the two items I had with me. This lady needs to work on her customer service skills.

Happy I was able to get a flu shot appointment the same day I needed it (everywhere else was two weeks out). I made the mistake of trying to squeeze this appointment into my lunch break though. There wasn't much communication after checking in about how long it would be until a pharmacist would see me and I ended up waiting about 30-40 minutes after my appointment time. Once they helped me it was pretty quick and I didn't go over my break time. It was still stressful due to the uncertainty. Would've given 2 stars for the wait, but due to the availability and staff being very nice (I'm sure there were things they could not help) I give this location a tentative 3 stars.

Okay, I get that people are concerned about covid, but that does not mean the world stops turning. Our kids get sick, we need prescriptions for our ailments. I had the lady tell me at the drive through that the drive through is only for covid. How ridiculous is that? There was no sign or hours listed when we are allowed to come, and then they treat you like you are monster cause they have to fill a prescription. Sounds like I need to find a new pharmacy!!

No matter how many people working here it is still so busy. I waited in a line for pharmacy and it was over 20 minutes then another line to buy something same thing. I font see why pharmacy takes so long they have like 5 people working in the back. They need to prioritize their time. Worse customer service and wait shouldn't be this long.
