Leaving now after several minutes waiting for customer service to unlock the case where they keep the Benadryl. No one responded. Hire staff! Meanwhile, patronize pharmaca up the street.

They don’t answer the phone. The pharmacist is one of the most uncaring people in the health field I’ve come across- not a trace of empathy or warmth. The pharmacy tech is great but she can only help so much! I just can’t understand what the issue is because it’s never busy….

I feel for the pharmacists here. They are so kind despite working in deplorable conditions. Every time I've come here, the line is wicked long and I think it's because the pharmacy is understaffed. Next, the computers are always broken, and my information is never up-to-date and must be corrected (only to have it err again the next time). The last few times, the chip readers have been broken making check-out a hassle. The pharmacy staff have always treated me kindly and seem to be quite aware of how utterly frustrating their system is. I don't know if the problem is management, or corporate... so five stars for the staff and zero stars for the store.

I rarely write reviews unless something is outstanding or really incompetent. In this case, its the latter. I have changed pharmacies over the years - mainly to go to the one closest to my residence. Never in my life have i experienced such incompetence. They have lost my prescriptions, pre-authorization several times within a few months. The wait time is also way longer than my experience with other pharmacies - at least 30 minutes. They are quite incompetent, disorganized and irresponsible. DO NOT use them.

I was driving down to San Francisco to be with my son who have been injured in an accident. I forgot my earbuds and Needed to make several phone calls regarding work and family because of my sons injury. I was waiting on hold for a conference with the physician. I decided to pull over and try to find some headphones because I was driving illegally and dangerously. I went into this location and was treated so incredibly rudely by a woman there who first claim to know everything about headphones when in fact she didn’t. I had specifically asked for headphones for an iPhone and she said all of the headphones work with iPhone when in fact they didn’t.She then started to talk about how “well I was on my phone“ without even taking into consideration What might be happening in my life. When I walked away in frustration she then turned to the people in line and started making comments about me that I was on my phone and wasn’t paying attention to her. I have never been so upset in my whole life to be treated so rudely by this cretin who shouldn’t be dealing with the public in anyway shape or form. Perhaps she needs to think about what might be happening in peoples lives before she is so freaking rude. I spoke to the manager Jeff and I certainly hope he talks to her about this because it was unbelievable.

I'm sorry, but for staff today (3/19/2020) to not respect social distancing (believe that's 6 feet) and not move, when asked, to make room for a customer to look for a product is truly awful. Her response to me was "I['m] no[t] sick." My response to her "well, what you believe doesn't matter."

Staff was helpful, but inventory was a little on the low side. Store was clean, parking is always a challenge on Solano.

The pharmacy used to be really slow, but the last couple of times I've been there they totally surprised me by having my prescription ready. Even when my doctor only ordered it twenty minutes before. The store is pretty small for a drug store. But again, they surprise me by having the odd item I'm looking for (cellulose sponges today). Parking is free in the lot behind the store which is nice on Solano Avenue.
