They literally count the slices of tomatoes, cucumber on your sandwiches and try to reduce the veggies to as minimum as possible. If by mistake your order turkey then they expand one thin slice of turkey and spread it across the 6 inch sandwich. The cheapness of this place is beyond comprehension

Placed an online order for two subs and a personal pizza and waited about 25 minutes to pick it up. Upon arrival the employee asked if I had an online order and I said yes. She was assisting another customer and basically told me I had to wait even though I had placed my order almost 30 minutes beforehand and there was only one person in line. The employees there are constantly rude and unless you ask for extra veggies they put minimum amount of veggies as if it costs extra for more. And there's usually only one employee there so if there is more than one person in line be ready to wait an eternity for your food. Please get it together.

very disappointing experience. i was their regular customer 2-3 times/week. i placed my order online first time to save my time in store. i ordered veggie patty sandwich. when i unpacked my order at home what i see, there is no veggie patty , no cheese and no dressing. i called them to make sure if i got the right order, the lady said when you come back to the store i will check the camera. seriously, i rather go and use my time to other subway location where they trust their customers , the other day i found plastic zip wire in my sandwich too but i thought things happen and i ignored that . trust your customer and improve your food quality

I had a great experience at this subway. The owner truly cared about me as a valued customer and made that very known. It’s something that is taken for granted these days but to many people, will create a loyal customer base. I highly recommend that if you’re in the Schaumburg area to show this location support. You will not be disappointed.

Terrible place. I used to be a regular customer and no more. Always has someone there who doesn't speak proper English. One time the worker just slopped the stuff on my sandwich didn't put on the bacon the owner had to correct him.just went there and place looked really messy and unorganized.guy didn't put the right stuff on my sandwich. I said no take that off I asked for this. Then went to get my soda, that whole area was so dirty and had lids and Straws thrown everywhere. Just got home and tasted my pop and its all carbonation, no soda. The place has been going down hill for a while and its worse in my opinion. Poor management. Obviously their not taking care of what they are supposed to, I won't be going back.

Terrible service at this location, 2 employees working who barely spoke English or were having trouble understanding. When I walked in they were assisting other customers who had to repeat multiple times what they wanted and were mixing up sandwiches. You could tell the other customers were getting frustrated. I ordered my sandwhich on the subway app and normally I am in and out at other locations. I waited 10 min for them to acknowledge that, and they were unsure where my sandwich was among the chaos. Definitely not returning to this location.

This place is truly amazing I enjoyed my meal there and the owners are extremely nice. They care that you have a good meal. That’s why I enjoyed a chicken sandwich tonight. And they treat you like family. They are very welcoming and nice.

We frequently visit this subway since it is just down the street. The owner is very professional and is quick to fix any issues and concerns. Our boys love the tuna sub and we will be returning!

This is the best subway in town by far. I recommend driving the extra mile to get this shop. The quality of the sandwiches are amazing compared to the subways near by. This place is very generous with ingredients and they always take that extra second to make your sandwich that much better. I am a subway addict and this shop truly stands out amongst all the others. The entire staff is polite and the place is handling the Covid precautions very well. If you are lucky enough to have Jay make your sandwich you truly will have the best subway sub of your life.
