This store could easily be rated better but this store is so inconsistent with delivering and on top of that they’re closed on the weekends. I order from here regularly but they either don’t have a driver or the delivery option is not even available and it forces me to order from a different store that can’t even deliver to my address. This store could be really good if the hours changed and if they had a driver ever day because the delivery option is honestly a hit or miss if you’re lucky.

This is the worst ran business I’ve ever experienced. I can’t even justify giving them one star. They are either always closed or run low on bread. Today they couldn’t spare one loaf to sell. Steer clear of this Jimmy Johns, most other locations are great!

Called to check on an order 35 minutes after summitted online and the person whom answered the phone was very kind, but the person in the background asked him what she want and was very rude to the employee and me cause I could hear him I order from this location at least 4 times a week very disappointed.

I just want to say thank you to Jimmy John's staff for coming to the rescue. I had placed an order online and when I went to pick it up realized my car battery was dead. When I called them, they were extremely helpful in getting my lunch to me! Although I still had to deal with a dead battery, I am very grateful I did not have to deal with having to skip my lunch as well! Thank you

First time ordering. I ordered extra meat and bacon. I was charged for it but never got it. I asked for it sliced and not to leave the bread in, neither of that was done. Then I asked them not to go to the front and call me. Driver comes to the front and dosent call me. Like Comeon. I paid almost $7 extra for what? For no extras I added, delivery that was 2 min away I could’ve done, and instructions I wrote for the driver to not even look at?

I travel a lot, and order Jimmy Johns a lot. This gives me to sense for what to expect from this place. This location missed on nearly every thing they could miss on. Delivery was horrible. They dropped off the food without a phone call to the front desk to the hotel without telling the staff who it was for and when questioned they said, "My job here is done" They sandwiches weren't labeled... We ordered 3 and usually they are numbered so we don't have to open the sandwich and look at the ingredients. They didn't make them correctly either. I wouldn't use this location every again.
