Went to get a big gulp. Seemed like the pepsi was mostly carbonated water. Cashier told me $1.92 and gave me a nickle back from $2. Could have asked for 2 pennies and explained, but didn't. Suppose bad service is now the norm for most establishments nowadays, considering all the reviews I see. Was foolish and returned for a large cup of ice. Charged $1. They did not provide vaseline. $1 for a cup of ice? NEVER going there AGAIN, EVER!!

OF THERE WERE AN OPTIONAL FOR 0 STARTS, TRUST ME THAT WOULD BE MY REVIEW. HORRIBLE PLACE!!! PLEASE DONT EVER COME HERE!!!! purchased a gift card and put 200 on it, the card was invalid. I had a receipt and everything still no refund. I’m out the 200, great! workers were very rude and unhelpful.

All the employees work super slow and really dont have a clue of what they are doing. I constantly see them standing at the register on their phones and I have to say something in order for them to see that I am standing there and trying to pay. Ive also seen the employees standing at the cash register wearing headphones or just playing music on their phones out loud. This seems extremely unprofessional to me. Also the employees seem lost and Ive seen 3 employees working and only one actually checking people out at the cash register while the 2 others stood further back talking.

Thieves!! I was rushed threw the check out process this morning and not given a receipt. Then when I tried to confront the situation phone number doesn't work and going in there was told without receipt they can't do anything. Told them time I was there and they said they can't look up in computer..

Ashley, the manager is great! Her along w/ the other staff members were so helpful. They went above and beyond to assist me when I was having a bit of an issue.

Bad service, not honest and bad management.This horribly rude RACIST employee that works there every afternoon. he is so racist, Good customer service is no longer the norm 1 at this 7 - eleven he thiks that he is doing us a favor,thanks to us the customers that buy there he has a job. i will never go there again,BAD BAD SERVICE
