Fedex stated they delivered my package. No evidence on my door cam of driver ever showing up. I tried repeatedly to locate my package with no help from fedex. I called fedex several times and the person couldn't / wouldn't give me my local shipping centers phone number. He said he was in a call center and didn't have that information. He would not give me any details of the "investigation" that fedex was doing. Same response from their automated help. No details, just that they are researching the issue... My issue was never resolved. Either the driver stole the package or he delivered it to the wrong house. Almost $1000 worth of product missing. Poor customer service. Stay away!

Walked in was 4th online no workers present. I stood inside waiting along with everyone else all of a sudden 3 workers appeared on e there was almost 10 customers waiting. It ridiculous to go to the FedEx office on Murdock it's like they don't want to work. Took me 45 minutes just to send a check out.

FEDEX is a joke. My husband was waiting all day for my package, because it request signature. When I got home from work at 8:00 pm, I found a tag on my door stated "attempted delivery". Don't they know how to knock the door? Yes, I could pick up the package at FedEx facility after 7:00pm. It's an hour away! Signed up text messaging for delivery notifications. It wasn't clear either." Hi, your package is now out for delivery today 04/21 by 8:00P. Signature at address req'd." Is that mean we HAVE TO WAIT OUTSIDE TILL 8:00PM because they do not know how how to knock the door or giving us the delivery time?

Worst customer service in a long time. I had a final delivery notice (no other notice given) so I had to go and pick up a package. I saw someone at the desk when I first walked in, he looked at the notice and went in back. I stood out there for 20 minutes with 7 others waiting in line. At least 3 people came and left after waiting for a few minutes. There is a door chime rang every time someone entered or left still no one could be bothered to stop their conversation to assist. I'd give zero stars if it was an option.

TRK# 5677 2146 2217 was scheduled to be delivered on March 18, 2022. A delay was announced that changed the delivery to March 19th. It never arrived. I received a call from your service on the evening of the 19th asking me if I had received the package since is was supposed to have been delivered that day. I HAD NOT! The caller said he would look into it. The package was not at my door on Sunday either. TODAY, MARCH 21, I walked to the other end of our HORSESHOE CIRCLE to 109 POWELL ROAD and found my package at their side door. Please TEACH your drivers to look up and read the street sign which points them to their left to E PRICE ROAD. The extra second star is because of the phone call I received Saturday night. Otherwise, you’d have one star.

A district or regional manager really needs to step in at this location. It’s well past opening time, you can see people walking around the desk area and not even acknowledging they see you outside waiting. People are just leaving packages at the front entrance.

If I could offer zero stars, I would have 🤦🏻♂️ I took off work today to await an important package that required a signature. I had to run to the bank (less than a ten minute trip) and could see the FedEx truck leaving my street as I pulled onto my street. I called immediately and asked for them to let me meet up with the driver or something and nada. I was told the delivery would be reattempted before 8pm tonight (my first call was at 11:41am). I spoke to customer service at three different points for updates throughout the day, and was told that the package delivery would be reattempted by 8pm. At 8:05pm I called back and was told that wasn't happening and that it was at the center an hour away, and they close at 9pm. I wasted an entire day, their very hard to understand customer service is pitiful, and all I kept getting was "I'm sorry, is there anything else I can help you with?". First and foremost, they hadn't helped at all and had it not been for them telling me to wait like a looney tune, I would have just used my time wisely and driven to the center before they closed. FURIOUS! If I were you, I'd use DHL, UPS, USPS, carrier pigeon, or any other carrier.

Easy to locate, plenty of parking. Very neat,well organized and clean area. Safe and convenient. FedEx employees are quick to help. He was very polite and nice. My package arrived, handed to me without any damages. Very professional and friendly too. Plenty of options to choose from on boxes, packages to buy and send. No issues or problems, no lines or waits. Can't wait to receive another package there. Gun free zone, smoke free, wheelchair accessible. You feel at ease and well serve.
