The people at this store are amazing. They are always friendly and happy to help everyone that comes through the door there. Kathy and Brock are two of the nicest people you could ever meet! I was there today and just noticed how kind and helpful that they were to every single person that came in while I was there. They truly care, and it shows. Karen is by far the most rude, hateful person. It seems it is not only me, but many have problems with Amazon returns at this place. Even following the instructions perfectly. It was so bad the last time, and I never do this, I reported them to both Amazon and UPS corporate. Absolutely the WORST UPS store in/around Knoxville. Rude, argumentative and not helpful.Take your time and money and go elsewhere. The UPS store on Kingston is SO insanely nice, professional and efficient. Its worth the drive. When is the notary even there I've been several times and no notary. When there was a notary he could not notarize my documents as I wasn't our regular customer. The acknowledgement was there Tennessee county Knox me Tennessee Knox. I find UPS for the most part worthless uneducated in the field of notary as they're his laws that govern. There are other notaries your bank is one they do it for free. Banks normally will not notarize any deed trust warranty deed or any type of Quick Claim Deed and the notary is only available when the manager is there that would be 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

I’m not entirely sure who handles the packages once they have been boxed and paid for. I wish I could give the guy at the counter who I worked with at least a 4 star. He was kind, tried to help as much as he could. My 2 star comes from whoever takes and handles the boxes after I pay and leave them there. This is the second time now, I have paid for items to be shipped (some baked goods) and they haven’t gotten there in one piece. That was 38 dollars that I paid for shipping for stuff to be all broke up and not edible anymore. I will be trying to find someone else to ship my packages from now on.

Where do I start but absolutely AMAZING!!!!!!! I was in an awful bind. I had to get my fingerprints done like yesterday!!!! I was in a panic. We drove to the store and came across the most amazing, caring, nice employee by the wonderful name of Kathy!!!! The next appointment available was a week away and I could not wait. She was able to squeeze me in even though it was insanely busy. Faith in humanity restored. I can not thank her enough!!! she truly cares! Highly recommend this store to ANYONE!!!!! Thank you again Kathy!!!!!
