An overweight package was delivered to my apartment complex and left on the 1st floor. When I couldn't get it up the stairs to my apartment, I called and spoke to David. He asked Chance to stop by the apt to help me. Within 10 minutes, Chance was knocking on my door with the item in hand. Really great guys, they jumped in to help when they didn't have to.

Only open 2pm to 6pm, pull out door with turn handle [which is a serious pain when hands are full]. Steps up, not easy access... but UPS ships cheaper and better than fedx. And the counter staff is usually very nice. Just a terrible entrance and parking.

I have electronic equipment that keeps coming to my house from Concast that I don't need and did not order that I've told Comcast at least 10 time to not send me any equipment and to cancel any delivery of any equipment. Yet this equipment keeps coming back to my house for a 3rd time now even though I've very clearly marked it RETURN TO SENDER on every side of the box. I've already made 2 trips to town to take this package to a UPS center to return shipment with it just to come back to my home again. I have already spent at least 5 hrs on live chat with Comcast to correct this and they tell me it's been canceled. This has been a huge wast of my time, Comcast's time, and UPS's time. Comcast gives no option anymore to speak to a live agent and UPS has no option to chat or speak to anyone. It's soooooo disgusting what Customer Support has become.

Good thing my packages were packaged good or they would have been broken. Delivery on 9\17\2020 to Townsend,TN. Packages had fragile on them. He dropped them over the railing. He could opened the gate and laid them on the porch. I have it on my blink camera.

I would give this 0 stars if I could! I paid for overnight delivery.. it was supposed to be out for delivery last Friday. I waited ALL day for this package that was being delivered between 145pm and 545pm. 545pm came and went.. I watched the map with the delivery truck and route all day.. it was on every road around my house all day long. Then the tracking updated to say it would now be delivered by 9pm.. nope. Not delivered! Then it was put off until Monday (today) between 145pm and 545pm.. still not delivered! I called UPS and actually spoke with a person, shocker, who told me that the package was still at a hub location. It's after 6pm and now they are closed. Absolutely unacceptable!!! I PAID FOR OVERNIGHT DELIVERY FOR A REASON! If I didn't need it quickly I wouldn't have bothered paying the extra money. Very poor service.

Really nice people, but horribly inconvenient hours. I work during the week and was not able to be home for a signature required delivery (didn't know it was going to require a signature). I also have a crazy work schdeule, which prevents me from getting a lot of errands done during the week. Saturday is my errand day. It would be really nice if y'all would be open on Saturday mornings, even just for a few hours.

I used to like UPS and thought they were the best delivery service out there until recently. I ordered a birthday present for my daughter and on the day it was supposed to come they didn't attempt delivery until almost 8 at night and I was gone to work. If it was the holiday season I would understand this time frame but its August. Second complaint is they only attempted delivery once and automatically took it to a drop off point for pick up, what happened to the option for a redelivery? I go to pick up the package and was asked for I'D which is fine but because I moved and only changed my address online and not on my actual drivers licence I was asked for more proof even though my name is the same. It was a simple pair of $40 shoes not anything of great significance for goodness sake. I asked the girl at the counter about the one time delivery and was told it depended on the company I ordered from, this is bologny and I don't buy it. If that were the case they would have made that clear and probably also mentioned that I would have to be home to receive the delivery. I've had other products delivered by UPS where I was specifically told this when I purchased the product. Also UPS should decide how many delivery attempts they can make not the company the customer is buying the product from. I believe this was her cowardly way of avoiding conflict, to put the blame elsewhere instead of doing her job. She was not friendly at all and didn't appear to enjoy her job in the least. She was very monotone and seemed annoyed that I was there. From now on I will avoid using UPS even if I have to pay extra elsewhere.
