I just started a small e-commerce business that requires lots of different shipping options. Mail Center is a perfect for me and my customers! I can ship with any carrier all from one location! And they are open on Saturday which I can’t do at my local post office.

Great way to quickly ship things and not stand in line at the USPS around the corner for 45mins. I also use them for a business address box and they are great. The staff are always friendly and do a great job of getting what you need done quickly. I love the drive-up window ESPECIALLY when its raining, freezing cold or I have all the kids with me. I'd give them 10stars for providing a timesaving service if I could!

Beware, dropped off two return packages on 1-5-21 with prepaid labels for the USPO. To date we cannot locate these packages and when we called the store they said its happened before, and they cannot do anything. They said they could have warned customers about the possibility this could happen but do not.

This is a busy little place with a "drive thru"! I finally found packing peanuts and had a document notarized. Great customer service. I had to call and was given perfect directions. It turns out I have been to this plaza many times and just hadn't noticed it. I highly recommend this store for your printing and office needs. I will definitely be back!

This place was fantastic. While others, even UPS and UPS store charged just to print their own label, the Mail Center was free. Shipping supplies are very reasonable. All my business is going to them!

Worse Mail Center I've EVER used! My UPS order that I sent to a friend from there was suppose to make it in 2 days! Mailed Aug 30 & it's now Sept 16 & in these past almost 3 wks they would not be any more helpful then to just continue to say..... All we can do is wait. Customer Service is Definitely lacking & I will NEVER use this mail center ever again!!! End result: Lost my package & nobody knows where it is. Wow! UPDATE: After 22 days (& package is still missing) they issue my shipping & Ins check & leave the area on the check exposed in the window that CLEARLY says...... "Refund for Shipping & Lost Packages with UPS. Informed delivery says it was delivered today, I go to check the mail, & take a guess whats NOT THERE. I can't make this up!! This is insane.

This place is so much better than having to get out and go to the post office. Very fast and efficient service. They even have a drive-thru which is super awesome, especially in these unprecedented times. I live above a restaurant so needless to say it’s hard to get packages delivered properly so I have them delivered here. I’m always greeted with kindness and a smile even if I’m just picking up a package. Thanks Mail Center!

I had only been here once before to purchase a book of stamps a couple years ago. Yesterday, I needed to get a document notarized & faxed. It took no time @ all & had nice conversation while we waited for the fax to succeed. Fast, friendly, & professional service!

The old owners Sammy and Tara were great but the new owner Tim is taking it to a new level. They plan a complete renovation with new amenities in a relaxing atmosphere. As before the staff is first class with a warm helpful charming southern flair. For the security and convenience of your mail and packages I highly recommend Maryville's Mail Center.
