Driver keeps leaving packages on my stone mailbox by the street. I’ve had a package stolen and FedEx will do nothing about it. The driver even leaves my HelloFresh food orders out there in the blazing sun instead of sitting packages by my garage or on my front porch. I have no gate or fencing, which they’ve claimed a gate prevents them doing their job. Laziness. Wish I could go without ever using FedEx; UPS always delivers to my door without issue.

The drivers are terrible and it's a wonder I don't see more wrecks because of them. Parking in the middle of the road with no hazards parking in the road facing oncoming traffick, creating dangerous blind spots. Driving too fast in neighborhoods. I drive daily for work and I'm constantly dealing with bad fed ex drivers who think they own the road. Please fix this. I don't ever see UPS drivers doing this kind of stuff with the exception of maybe driving too fast in neighborhoods. Seriously y'all are going to get someone hurt.

Clerk could have tried to help me a bit better. I had a print account not ship account. Instead of helping me look into issue he "ships" me off to print center. Not telling me why or what's the issue with my account number. Thank you to mice young lady at print center who figured out problem and also helped me to open the correct company account.

I went in to send a document overnight. Both team members that helped me had great attitudes, were enjoyable, and helpful. That was good, but the reason I'm taking time to leave a review is that Brittany's care and kindness is absolutely remarkable! Amazing. Really. Wow.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I have never had such a kind and warm experience shipping a package or in most customer service. Brittany was working at the front and she helped me ship something to my grandparents. Brittany was friendly, attentive, and warm. She helped me get everything I needed done. She deserves a raise. So polite…like wow. Haha! If I lived here I would only ship all my packages through this location.

I get in and out of here quickly every time. Tonight a very kind red headed worker helped me (sorry didn't catch her name) . Always have a good experience here and that's why I will keep coming back instead of going to the USPS.
