This little place does the business. The line is sometimes long but considering they're only one or two people working at a time they do their best to keep things moving @ a steady pace. Props to the men and women who put in the time to make this USPS location work efficiently and with good attitudes.

With Christmas close, it was completely overwhelmed. No parking, postal trucks filling up with packages, etc. So not a great visit, but I wouldn't blame that on our small town Post Office, just Christmas busy.

I have always had the best service at this Post Office, the staff is always friendly and smiles on their faces. I am a seller on eBay and I am also disabled. I rarely get out or to take my packages to the Post Office, so I was very grateful that my Postmen & Women have always seemed more than happy to come to my front door to pick up my package(s) that are too big for my mailbox. When I have a package for pickup, I always leave a bright colored Post-it Note, that can't be missed, securely taped on my mailbox, (it's protected from wind and rain) to let the Postman know to please come to the door. However, for the past two days my Postman has ignored my Notes and not picked up my packages, which I leave outside on a chair. This is not only rude, but is not good for my eBay business! I can be penalized by eBay for my packages not being picked up the same day! I've never had any problems before except the last two days. I'm not sure if it's a new driver or since it's been raining, they don't want to get out and get wet! I am sorry that it's raining, but I must have my packages picked up! Ok... I like the service they are always friendly to me, but these guys are always closed at the most inconvenient times. I walked in the rain to send a envelope to Germany only to find out they're closed. And online it states the office is open. :/

One woman who works at this post office is horrible. I went in a couple times trying to do different things and each time she was unhelpful and rude. Instead of sending my important mail to the downtown location (since it's the only one that accepts general delivery), she returned it to sender.

I never had a problem at all here and I rely on them to deliver packages for me most days of the week. They are very friendly and nice too.

Great staff and service! They are always so helpful and friendly. I have never had a bad experience in the many many times I have needed and used their services. They also take the time to make sure you are securing your package properly. If it's in need of some extra tape, they take a minute or two and fix you right up. They are all just really great people and I will continue using this particular post office. Thank you East Brainerd Postal service employees!

I had such a negative experience here starting with extremely poor customer service. I sent a package from here, paid for 2-day shipping and my package never reached its destination. When I went in to ask about tracking it or getting a refund, they insisted there was nothing they could do. It was one of the most frustrating and rude experiences I've ever had anywhere.
