Interesting place to walk around. Some deals especially the clearance sections.(Mixed varieties of hot teas $1!) I bought some kitchen items, large skillet was my favorite buy. Quality of clothes is similar to Burke or Ross but more expensive at Marshalls.

Meh. Found a few bargains but not what it used to be. Was surprised that one of their competitors had more selections. Hopefully things will turn around soon. I like their clearance sales. Update: it's been restocked and has much better selection but their clearance prices aren't as low as they used to be. Inflation I guess...

Mother bought hair spray that wouldn't spray. I took it back for her with the receipt. They would not exchange it because she took off the price sticker. Doesn't everyone take off the price sticker before putting item on the bathroom counter? What a rip off.

Worse Marshall's ever. Highly unorganized and messy. Employee refused to help me find an item... Employees are supposed to keep the store somewhat neat even during the holidays. That's what I did in retail for years. You straighten up so people can find stuff. This place looked like an EF4 hit it..hard pass

Shopped here today and it was super busy, and all of the staff were great until we got to check out. The line was crazy long and the cashier Todaisha was ignoring the line and looking at her phone. She did not call for backup, and just left the customers waiting while she slowly rang people up. Her customer service was unenthusiastic as well. Really disappointed with this experience. Management needs to address this employee’s engagement with customers.
