The prices on the shelf typically do not match the prices that ring up, nothing is ever stocked in the correct place or stocked at all, their coolers/freezers are either leaking or shutdown by the health department. This is by far the worst Walmart in Chattanooga.

Stopped in the store to pick up a few things. The store had a lot of full pallets near the front of the store. I thought that restocking happened at night. As I pushed my buggy down the allergy/cold relief aisle, I encountered several shoppers who had the same idea. I tried moving to the end of the aisle to turn left. The end of these aisles are so tight that I couldn't make the turn. I came up on 2 lady's at the end that were talking. There was no place for me to go either direction. I had to pull my buggy backwards to get out of the aisle. If the ends of each aisle were scaled back about 3 feet, buggys could maneuver better. This is the only store in the area with the problem. On the plus side, the associates in the front were great. .

Manager does not honor prices posted at shelf inventory, despite UPC and price being posted on the shelf tag for the item. Not to mention the entire store is disorderly and they do not maintain even one lane with a checkout person. Super disappointed in manager not honoring their own posted price. If it's posted wrong, you honor it and then you have that price tag removed and corrected, but only after you honor it for the patron that brought it to your attention. This is standard retail sales protocol.

After coming to this Walmart for the last 6 months I find that it is clean and it does have a lot in stock. Also for the most part the employees there are helpful. And the prices seem to be reasonable. I am a bit impressed with this Walmart supercenter.

Customer service is the worst. Everytime we've come their checkout Machines break. If you all put cahiers to work and not machines there wouldn't be an issue. Also there no bar codes on many items and many items price listed and price shown when scanned are not the same. It's not my job to take pictures so you can do price change. If they feel like it that is or go around looking for bar codes because they're not there. Takes forever for them to come help you than they rudely ask to see your receipt at the door. You all were just staring at me a moment ago at the checkout machine. What do you need to see the receipt for than tell me it wouldn't be an issue if I just show it. I have a right to say no. Especially when it comes to rude and disrespectful people. Not returning

I enjoy Walmart prices but customer service has a lot to be desired... There were no cashiers at the assisted registers and the service desk refuse to ring up my purchase... I left them on the counter and walked out.. I don't understand that because I saw a lot of the employees doing absolutely nothing..

I was minding my own business inside my car in the parking lot today and was confronted with 3 thugs who parked behind me, blocking me in, threatening me. Police never came. Other people in the parking lot (not employees) ran them off. I called inside the store and no one even came out or acknowledged the situation. I will absolutely not be back. I did not know I was in a gang area.

I have to say that Walmart is definitely stepping up their game when it comes to Keto! They do offer a larger than normal selection of this type of food. It was kind of dirty boxes all over the place.

Went in looking for a Walmart Exclusive Funko Pop Vinyl that was supposed to be in stock. Couldn't find it but asked the electronics associate about it and he had five boxes that were unopened. On the fifth box, there it was lol. Got four of the glow in the dark The Vision from Wandavision.
