Everyone was really nice, and treated me like family. I felt great, and they helped me find anything I needed! There were friendly smiles all around.

I'm going to give them a 4 for prices and affordability, but a 3 on store organization. Hangers and tags everywhere on the floor so it must have been a busy day. The clerk was exceptionally nice and chatty, which I enjoy. The selection of kid's clothes was pretty thin but I found great deals on boy's Nike hoodies and pants. Hopefully the inventory will improve for Christmas as I enjoy shopping at TJ Max.

The discounts aren’t worth the childish behavior of their employees. The cashiers are slow and more interested in having conversations with customers they personally know then in helping or in being efficient. I stood there in front of an open cashier who then purposefully ignored me (didn’t even acknowledge my presence) until the cashier next her became available so I left to go to her. It was incredibly rude. The customer before me she took her sweet time with - laughing and telling her when she gets off work 🙄 I’ve literally never seen such a slow and disorganized customer service staff.

As loke any discount store it's hit and miss...but that's part of the charm right! But over all it has consistently has stuff I like! And their displays are so pretty! Just wish I made more so I could spend more 🤣 lol! Oh and the cashiers have always been nice. Seriously every one I've been to have been super sweet and helpful!

I always find something I need at a great price at TJMaxx, Home Goods, and Marshalls (all related). I was disappointed with the limited amount of professional/office type clothing. Perhaps they are in the midst of a seasonal change.

I can usually spend hours in this store but gave 3 stars this time due to covid19 and certain protocol. This trip there were no wipes or way to clean down carts nor were any employees wiping them down. The store had a lot less items which makes it easier to clean, if they are in fact cleaning properly. I do not like to get out in these bigger stores right now but really needed too. It's hard to build and furnish a house without making an occasional trip. Maybe next time they will be taking better measures for people's safety.
