Over the last 20+ years I’ve seen this company go from wanting to exceed the customers expectations to a company no better than the United States Postal Service. That is a sad state of affairs! Between rude drivers, dilapidated trucks and deliveries taking longer than ever this company is but a shell of what it once was.

Just awful, ups didn't deliver my packages, I called and said I'd pick them up. Ups said ok that'll be an $8 charge for you to go pick them up. They said I'd receive a call in one hour and they would tell me the location and time to pick them up. That was at 5pm, by 630 I had not heard anything so I called back, I got a few excuses saying they tried to call etc, then they hung up on me. I call back and they tell me that my packages are in Niagara fall, im in Georgia, I hang up and call back they then say my packages are at the custom center in Bogart so I drive 35 minutes they and wait 30 minutes my packages are supposedly on the line being processed for next day delivery. I then drive 35 minutes back home, ups calls back and tells me I'd have to drive back and pick them up next day, way to fail at every aspect ups

The people working there are very nice. The reason I was there was because UPS lost an important package that was supposed to be delivered days before. There is no direct phone number, so if there's even the slightest chance it's in the hub, you have to go there or deal with the main number - which is useless!

Time and time again this has been the worst experience with a UPS location. This is the only delivery service that consistently delivers my package to the wrong house. I even called one time knowing I had an important package coming in to make sure they delivered to the right house. I stated exactly where we were in our neighborhood and the color of our house and everything. Later that day, I get an email saying the package was delivered and yet, it wasn't at my door. I had to drive down to the house that our packages usually end up at when delivered by UPS. I dont understand why this is the only delivery service that always delivers to the wrong address. USPS delivers correctly and so does FedEx. If it was up to me, I'd never use UPS...I will say, I called back to UPS to tell them that it was not delivered to the right house and the lady on the phone was super nice, the delivery driver said he followed the instructions that were given to him earlier (which must've been passed on incorrectly because I thought I had made it very obvious which was our house).

Worst shipping company!!!!!!! We place a next-day air shipment. It contains dry ice inside and needs to ship on Friday. They left it in the office and didn't ship it on time. I have to call for three hours to find where it is. The receiver didn't work on weekends. Dry ice cannot last until Monday. We have to drive 30 mins to take it back. They won't give me a refund and want to charge me an extra fee. We will avoid using UPS in the future. The worst shipping company ever. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Go figure…. So apparently my delivery date was change by the receiver , which in fact is myself, but I did not change the delivery date. So, who did???? Now my package status is listed as lost. An investigation has been launched to try and track my package. This is crazy.

The reason I’m writing is this is the second time it’s happened. My Amazon packages and other things arrive generally on time. However, where UPS drops the ball is my refrigerated, time sensitive, $5k medication (yes, it’s that expensive). This is the second time they’ve delayed it. It’s shipped overnight express so it can arrive safely in 24 hours. Now it’s approaching 48 hours and there has been no delivery. The first time this happened it was warmer weather and I called and harangued them and received it by 9pm that day before the ice packs completely melted. However, I couldn’t do that yesterday so now my package will arrive today (hopefully) and I hope it will be usable and the ice packs still cold. If not, I will miss my dose day and be in pain while I wait for another one to be shipped from the pharmacy. I’ll be calling the pharmacy to inform them of this malarkey and encourage them to discontinue using UPS for jeopardizing their expensive medication and their patients’ health. If this was an an Amazon package, I wouldn’t care about the delay, but it’s my health and UPS is once again messing it up.NOTE AFTER THE AUTOREPLY: I spoke to UPS both a customer service rep and local rep and it wasn’t much better. They threw insincere customer service remarks at me and rushed me off the phone. Do better.

Lady at front didn't want to help me. I called the number and they said UPS is also a printing company and they would help me print my label. I drove 30 minutes to the location and the lady there wouldn't print the label for me. All in all, it makes no since not to have a way to print being a UPS store. I will contact BBB to let them know the location doesn't have a phone number or way to print labels for beople sending packages in the area.

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS, I WOULD... I now refuse to use any service that delivers via UPS. They've lost my respect as a delivery courier after losing my medication through delivery to the wrong address. I called them and they told me to contact PillPack because of the contract UPS has with them. I was unable to get any sort of remedy for this and have since changed pharmacies.

I have had so many issues with this UPS location. They just don’t bring your package and then they won’t let you pick it up at the location. I had a package that said out for delivery all day today that needed a signature (so I had to take off work to wait for it) and then at 6:15 tonight it said it would now be delivered Monday. When I called they told me they would look in the trailer and call me back. I knew from previous experiences that it wasn’t going to happen so I went to the location myself. There I talked to the girl at the desk who told me that nobody there had a key and could look in that trailer. So once I talked to the supervisor she went and looked in the trailer but still could not find my package. they literally told me “everything you are seeing on your tracking was supposed to happen but it didn’t”. No kidding. That’s why I’m here looking for the package that was supposed to come. This location is awful and they have been every time I’ve had to deal with them (which is frequent) and I would recommend using FedEx or USPS any day over UPS.
