The two young ladies working the counter were a pleasure to work with this morning. Very professional and helpful. They made my visit a very pleasurable experience, although the driver lied and said they couldn't deliver to my home a few days prior, which is why I had to go and pickup my own packages this morning. My phone number was even on the packages and they didn't even bother to call. I guess they didn't want to work considering it was the day after Thanksgiving. I would have tipped them even though I know they can't accept it. I know how frustrating it is to work during the holidays but I had family from out of town waiting for what was in those packages and my packages were damaged when I got them. Either way my visit today was a great experience, just wanted to vent a little.

This location is TRASH the older lady officer as soon as I walked in no hey how are you she immediately asked me if I had a shipping label,,, told her yes white man walked in only two people allowed she greets him how are you,,, then let him get his items smh customer service from the worker could be extremely better… nobody is wearing mask but yet you have a big sign on the door

This is the worst company for delivering packages. How hard is it to drop off a package at a residential address??? If you continue to behave like this, you will be out of business in no time at all. If you don't do your job, you should be terminated from the business. UPDATE: Now they claim the package is lost as of 11/01/2022. How do you lose a 45 pound and 50' high package? The answer is simple ... you have stolen it. Customers beware! This company will steal your packages and mark it as lost in the system. All of the people that I spoke to told me the package was available for pickup. I have been lied to several times during this whole ordeal. I will no longer support or do business with this company moving forward. This is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. I will make sure that I spread this information like wildfire to as many of my people as possible. I have reported this incident to the Federal Trade Commission.

The drivers never delivered my package which is my phone… they said they came twice and i denied my package and thats a lie. I depend on my phone to make money . Its been 3 days and i paid for next day . I had another package worh another company and theg sent it back to sender instead of delivery. I stay on 4th floor so maybe they didnt want ti walk stairs but im pissd and missing money and paid for a service of shipping i aint get . This worst experience ever when it comes to delivery. The driver needs to be wriiten uo or fored . I have both tracking numbers if needed . Ill NEVER use UPS again!!!

I have been up to this location 6 times in the last three days to pick up my package that I paid to have shipped and held at this center. Every time I have went to get my package they continue to say it is not there. I have called customer service 800 number and they continue to verify that the package was there. The first CSR at the hub said she was the manager and her name was Deshawn and that her supervisor name was Rodney. Today I called the customer service location and they said the supervisor who verified the customer a mage name was Karen. I spoke to Karen and she stated first that the package was not there. Then she went on to say that it was on a security hold and that I had to call tomorrow and speak with Susan Miller in Security. I asked Karen what was her number she said that a good question, I don’t know. After receiving the runaround, I just called the 800 number again to get a claim open. She hung up the phone. For this to be such a known company and to have horrible customer service is unexplainable and unethical. Everyone should be fired and this center needs to hire a whole new staff. They are stealing packages and giving customers any excuse possible. They need to investigate this center or close it down immediately. .

We shipped a computer out of the country via UPS earlier this year. UPS admittedly lost the computer. We purchased insurance through UPS prior to shipping which we have tried to process ever since. UPS has yet to process the claim despite our close to 100 calls and emails! They bounce us back and forth between departments, do not return phone calls or emails, and are not fulfilling their commitment. Quite simply, they are giving us the runaround! We are FRUSTRATED beyond measure! This is not what we would expect from such a large and what we once thought to be reputable company. We are still awaiting someone at UPS to take ownership and provide resolution by honoring what we purchased. Come on, UPS! You are better than this! Can someone please help?!

Can someone post the direct number to this location? I work from home, live in a complex that will accept packages, and yet can't get my next day air packages which cost about $50 extra each on the day of quoted delivery! No door tags! Then be lied to in live chat about the location of the package until the facility closed. Then be promised a call from this location from a human; doesn't happen. Google listed every UPS location with the general number. I hope Amazon and FedEx Dismantles UPS and USPS! I will not support venders that ship with either. Please post the direct number local number!

Though the UPS driver screwed up several times, I really have to thank Jeannie and her team for really stepping up. On a Saturday, even after customer pickup was closed, they scoured the entire Warehouse to find my package. Without it I would have been in deep trouble. I can't thank you enough, Jeannie! Ups, pay attention, you have a good one there!

This is the worst customer service ever!!!! The driver never even attempted to bring my package. My child waited all day for his package that Never came!!! Called the place and they said it'll definitely be here by 9. Then called again and asked where I can just pick up my package and the lady said she didnt know where it was but it'll be here the following day by 7pm. Talk to a supervisor which was no help then said she would charge me $8 to hold it then came back and said the people shipping it would not allow them to hold it for pickup!!!!!!! I got no where, just filled a complaint and escalation!!! I am so disappointed. Why do people even ship through them anymore! Drivers aren't held accountable, customer service sucks! Maybe I should go work there and goof around and get a check with no repercussions!

Having 4 return items, I printed the labels and inserted them inside the boxes as instructed. I thought it’d be easier and efficient for the UPS guy to pick them up altogether. WRONG. The guy came in with 4 labels and asked me if I know which label goes to which box, so I said yes, then I checked the return labels on my phone to match the number. He said no I can’t wait, here’s the labels, you figure it out. The faak? He spent literally 10 seconds with me and left. Lesson here is - do a return one by one, so they come back 4 times and pick up my return for 4 days in a row. No need to be considerate for them and their efficiency.
