I recently purchased a new truck here and it was a great experience. Brian was my salesman and just did a phenomenal job. He got me set up with the deal that I wanted after showing me some extremely nice trucks! Rodney and Carlos got my financing squared away and I was rolling. I was able to get some nice additions added to my truck and working with Jeremy to get my upgrades installed has been super easy. Everyone that I had the pleasure of working with at Hennessy has made this process so enjoyable and laid back. This experience has definitely made me a customer for life! UPDATE: Man I just picked up the truck after they added the tires leveling kit bed liner and leather seats and I just looks unbelievable. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating I cannot thank these guys and gals enough!

After driving 120 miles to Hennessy Ford, we were greeted with a friendly smile and handshake from Mo Mason. He asked us if we were in the market for a car, truck or something else. We told him we were interested in a Sporty Ford Lariat. After making us comfortable with bottled water, he said he had one in mind and headed out to bring it out for us to look at. After taking it for a good test drive, we sat down with Mo to discuss the purchase of the truck. Mo was extremely patient and helpful in answering all our questions and concerns. I would also like to say thank you for taking time to specifically answer questions my wife had, treating her with respect and recognizing that she too was part of the process in purchasing the truck. After the purchase of our truck and having it a few days, we had a very minor issue come up. A quick call to MO and it was resolved promptly. Lyndon was the absolute best. I made a call early Saturday morning to ask a few questions about a car I was interested in. I live in Birmingham and didn’t want to make the drive, if it wasn’t going to be beneficial. He was fabulous, answered all my questions, took all the information needed while I was in route. Which expedited the paperwork once I arrived. The car was ready for me to test drive upon arrival. It was nicer than the video Lyndon made and sent me. I was able to drive away in my new to me car that night. I’m very pleased with the service from the first phone call (Lyndon) until the last signature (Tim). These guys are great.
