Phenomenal experience start to finish purchasing my vehicle. From calling to make sure car was on lot and they took it upon themselves to have car up front waiting on me to arrive. To negotiating deal, financing and walking out the door to a shiny car with a big red bow! Isa Lawrence went above and beyond to make it an easy process as well as the financing with James. I can not say enough about how wonderful all the staff were that we encountered and how pleasant and hassle free the purchasing process was. Genuinely great people to work with!

I must say that every time I go in for service I am always blown away. You are made to feel welcome from the moment you first drive in. Everyone there is always smiling and upbeat. But let me take the time to tell you about my service advisor, Mrs.Mia Williams she is always thoughtful and professional. She always takes care of me, by keeping me updated on my vehicle and the progress of the service. She kept me updated every 30 minutes and after the service was completed she took the time to go over every detail of the services performed. Please understand, that I will be back. Isa was amazing!!! He showed me exactly what I wanted and listened to my needs. The follow up was great because I run a business my time was limited, and I was able to walk straight in and complete everything within a decent time frame. Perfect customer Service I ever had. We were looking to buy C Class but due to supply and car features we would like to have we didn’t find what we want. Carol from the sales team worked with us very hard to find car matching our needs, we ended up buying a beautiful E class. The trade in experience was very satisfactory comparable to CarMax. We appreciate Carol dedication and the whole team support. We loved the place and the team.

Gabe and Ryan made this experience so much appreciated! I’ve always loved my Mercedes dealership experience. I recent moved from another state and having to re-establish all this new relationship so it was a little nervous for me. However, Gabe has helped my front end experience and turned it into an awesome one then the backend experience with Ryan just was icing on the cake. Great experience this past Memorial Day Weekend at Merc-Benz South, specifically with Kevin Brayboy! I had a 2017 Mercedes coupe prior to my visit and was interested in looking at E & C model sedans. I showed up a bit later than anticipated but was still welcomed by friendly faces. Miss Cheney did an amazing job of being responsive via text for all of my questions, which I appreciated! Mr. Brayboy was knowledgeable about multiple luxury vehicle brands which was super helpful. I've been a solid Mercedes girl and thought I would leave in one tonight! However, he gave me small tips about separate brands and different features that I found convenient and opened me up to a different pre-owned vehicle... (With the 2021/'22 car shortage, I couldn't find my ideal Mercedes vehicle color, model, interior etc.) He also let me take three test drives and was incredibly patient throughout my visit, and even stayed late to help show me the new features in my vehicle which I appreciate! I also worked with Chris for financing and finalizing of terms. So big thanks to Bria, Kevin, and Chris for providing a wonderful experience! Great team here! PS, this car will never be this clean again. Thank you Kevin!!

I will like to express the great experience I had with Monique in the Loaner car department. I was frustrated that my car had to be in the shop, but she secured a great car for me to use while I went through this process. Monique was very patient with me because I wanted to switch to a more comfortable car for me. She went above and beyond to make me happy, she did this for me even though she was suppose to be clocking out to go home to her family. I really appreciate it. Hopefully my car doesn’t have to be in the shop often, but If it does I know I’m in good hands with Monique. Thank You

I really have NO stars to give, but it won’t allow me to post without one. Where do I start. If LAZY was a place, it would be Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta South. The service there is horrible and I can guarantee better service at Hyundai. No one seems to enjoy there job at this location, from the Receptionist to Management. The service has made me regret joining the Mercedes-Benz family. My first encounter was shortly after purchasing the vehicle, attempting to get a recall settled I was given the run around about the recall and never was helped. I was told by the Service Rep that there wasn’t an open recall on the vehicle when in fact it was. I literally had to take my car to Mercedes-Benz of Duluth to get the recall serviced a week or two later. The South Atlanta location is convenient for anyone traveling from Fayetteville. Why was I forced to travel to Duluth for service that could’ve been handled at the initial Atlanta South location? Fast forward time, my brakes needed to be serviced. I purchased the parts from the Atlanta South location also had them installed, this was Oct 2021 and just days later the brakes were squeaking. I called and was told to bring the car back in and had done so. Once I brought the car back I was told it was appointment only and I should get in touch with Mia the last Service Rep I worked with. Since November I’ve been waiting for Mia to return my call. I always say first impressions are lasting ones. I am highly disappointed in the quality of service that this Mercedes-Benz location offer their customers. I almost feel that the service is piss poor simply bc of the location. The energy is very low and it reflects in their work and service they provide. I hate to be the barrier of bad news, but this location has to do better. These cars are expensive and we should get top notch Customer service period!!!
