This is my first review post but I deemed it necessary. The Visionworks Cumberland location is the definition of poor customer service. It feels as though they are trained in the art of poor service. This is no an indictment of the doc and his support staff that assist in the contact exam - they are great. I went in last year to pick you glasses. We selected a frame and they were too busy to complete my purchase and said they would call me back that day to complete to transaction. Three days later, I missed their single call back (I was working). I returned their call at which point they told me they cannot complete a transaction over the phone and I had to come back. I elected to go purchase at Target. Against my better judgement, I returned Jan 5 for an eye exam. Their system was down and the process took close to 2 hours. Since their system was down, I was informed they would call me back to complete payment and order my contacts. After missing their phone call (I was working), I returned their call. It took maybe 4 attempts of 15 min long wait times before I got to the right contact. They told me that I had to come in because they do not process orders over the phone and I had to come in 😑. I of course will not be ordering from their location nor ever be returning. ~Arnaud

I came here for an IDP (international driving permit). The staff here was extremely polite and helpful. The facility was clean and had plenty of seating. Can y’all take over for the DMV please!!! ~J.A.Hyacinthe

I recently purchased a new truck here and it was a great experience. Brian was my salesman and just did a phenomenal job. He got me set up with the deal that I wanted after showing me some extremely nice trucks! Rodney and Carlos got my financing squared away and I was rolling. I was able to get some nice additions added to my truck and working with Jeremy to get my upgrades installed has been super easy. Everyone that I had the pleasure of working with at Hennessy has made this process so enjoyable and laid back. This experience has definitely made me a customer for life! UPDATE: Man I just picked up the truck after they added the tires leveling kit bed liner and leather seats and I just looks unbelievable. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating I cannot thank these guys and gals enough! ~Spence

I am yet another person that got switched to them from Simple. It has been a hassle and then some to get my money out! I got so frustrated from the 2.5hr I was on the phone trying to get my money out I started crying and had to hang up. No one is trained on the phone lines and I got 4 different answers as to how to ask for my money and close the account. I decided to pay the wire transfer fee just to avoid confusion. I’m pretty sure they would have told me my funds “got lost in the mail” or “sent to the wrong address” if I had gone the other route. What an awful bank. ~Rebeccaholt

This shoe store was so cool. The decor & details are amazing. The customer service was TOP NOTCH! Every associate greeted us & made sure to check on us Periodically. My husband purchased a pair of sneakers. The man that help my husband was a little busy with other customers but he made sure every one good! I will definitely shop here again. ~Kymberli

I recently bought my first new car from Rick Hendrick Toyota. I had such a wonderful experience working with Robbie Hall, he was patient with me as I went through several big decisions about which vehicle I wanted to purchase. I ended up deciding to go with a 4Runner and I could not be happier about that decision. I just hit 6k and already this machine has taken me on so many adventures and to some incredible sights. Came at 8am on Saturday for battery check store closed. Some of the workers told that manager is went somewhere and they can't open the store. And don't have his phone number to check when he will arrive. ~Rich
