Would NEVER ever recommend. Decided to buy a pair of Jordans from them and the shoes purchased were very defective. I showed them proof of excessive glue stains & oil marks. They were absolutely NO help! Now i’m unsatisfied and stuck with a pair of defective shoes. ~Kaleb

I usually look for more locally owned shops to repair and maintain my bike but this crew is among the most accommodating and friendly I have dealt with. THEIR MASK REQUIREMENTS ARE RIDICULOUS AND I REFUSE TO PARTICIPATE IN SUCH CRAZINESS. That has nothing to do with the bike team, I just am so tired of all this nonsense I had to force it in there. This store do what they wanna do they never be open they clock in and work for a few hours than lock the store at 5 everyday which is crazy to me when yu ask y they been close they have a lie to tell every time. They need to be closed down at this point. Always getting robbed no employees manager never there. Very unorganized and very unprofessional. I hate this family dollar with a passion ~Shauntel

I had placed an order through the Nordstrom Rack website and the description of the item under “Details & Care” say: “A tailored, 2-piece suit in a sharp pinstripe and wool construction is perfect for stepping up your 9-5 style with ease.” This Nordstrom in perimeter mall which is located in Dunwoody Georgia failed to ship the pants that come with it. I'd like some sort of reassurance if the pants were to be missing. But for them to ship just a jacket and no pants just seems like a lack of communication on their end. I'm very unhappy because I liked the color and needed it for an upcoming event. As a current Nordstrom employee, this is just disappointing. ~ImBreezyBoi

You can at times find a lot of good deals here. And other times you can see a lot of bad ones as well. The one thing that I always liked about Von Maur is that it's always been an old-money classy store. On weekends theirs normally a pianist playing music for the store and it just brings a more soothing experience while shopping here. ~Kelven
