i like the prices but hate shopping there. for me, its too cluttered and claustrophobic. i hate digging thru things and people never put things back in their size "space". but if you dont care about that, they have great selection and prices.

The store it self was great ..checkout the was not so great ..only 2 cashier's.. line was at least 30 deep😒

i like the prices but hate shopping there. for me, its too cluttered and claustrophobic. i hate digging thru things and people never put things back in their size "space". but if you dont care about that, they have great selection and prices.

Reminds me of a disorganized Kmart from hell. Sure there are lots of good deals but the organization and cleanliness is something to be desired. Makes it unbelievable when you find a shirt priced over $750 or a genuine Gucci $$$ doesn't belong in here. Been to one other nordstrom rack in Chicago and it was much nicer

It's not what it supposed to be an outlet! The prices are the same for those outdated merchandise it was when they were new. Only reason why it has the name Retail is because mix in is some discount items

Before the interaction, I could hear the white, male manager (with blonde/brown hair, heavy stocky body type) being rude to the front line cashiers by saying “If I tell you go do something, drop what you are doing and go do it. You need to listen to me.” The cashier was visibly frustrated with the words of interaction. Please keep your upper management in line, it’s the not the way to talk to your employees and to Raquel, my cashier, please know I appreciate your work through this pandemic.

Great place with mostly reasonable prices. They lost a point because in the middle of pandemic they don't have any temperature check for customers. Otherwise, all is good, store is clean and employees are polite and respectful.

You never really know what you are going to find. I used to find great dress shoes, but now it seems to be most ho-hum quality. But this trip I found a Rodd and Gun short sleeve button down and love it!

My wife loves this store. Lots of great discounts for quality products. Just be prepared to wait in line if you come at peak times (weekend afternoons).
