Great selection of quality parts, knowledgeable techs and salespeople. Always willing to help you in any way they can. Recommend them highly to anyone looking for quality parts and friendly people in a local hometown setting. They are very competitively priced and it really (to me) beats driving 20 miles in any other direction for the same parts. Great experience each and every time.

Great local business. There is a LOT more on the inside than you would guess from looking at the outside. If they dont have it they will order it or even possibly make it! All staff is very friendly but of course varying levels of parts knowledge. I save plenty of money ( and time) just not driving into one of the big towns. You should at least check this place out and see what they have before you go driving around or looking on the internet.

I speak from being a customer, but do note that I am a former employee that left on good terms, but all information here in is information that any customer can learn either through shopping here, price comparison, and asking current employees (which would be information I would give to any customer that would ask as no policy was in place to prevent sharing of this information). This review will offset the owner's review closer to the 4.25 star average it would be without it at this time, Wendell Bloodworth who has given both store locations 5 star reviews with the McIntyre location being more closely written in a manner of a customer, but this review is rated as such to inform other customers of the business. The prices are typically more than you would pay from O'Reilly's for most items costing more than a few dollars (Parts City is an independently owned franchise version of O'Reilly's) but they will price match. Staff is expected to just know how to work the computer system and have an extensive knowledge of parts beyond automotive such as off road equipment, ATV, small engine, chainsaw, etc., though a basic knowledge of auto parts is typically expected, without proper training from management as until newer employees learn by either asking others for help or find out on their own they may have some slight difficulty finding what you are wanting. It is mostly the effort of the staff that keeps this business running for day to day and keeps customers happy and often not the owner who may or may not be at either store and typically would be found in the office of either store for more than a reasonable time to do office work that is usually handled by others, with the exception of the end of the month statements.

Most knowledgeable staff at any parts store around fast and friendly as well. Can get most ordered parts in 24 hours. They also carry and sell a wide variety of other parts as well ATV, Tractor, And High Performance parts along with VP Racing Fuels. Overall a excellent place to do my parts businesses.
