I ordered tires online for in-store delivery and installation. The process of booking an appointment while ordering from the corporate website was seamless, the local store was expecting me when I arrived for my appointment, and their team was ready to quickly install my four tires and get me back on the road. Excellent experience, hopefully I won't need to work with them in the near future but would definitely recommend them!

I would like to give a great thanks to the team at discount tires In Alpharetta.I was working and workers on the side of the road cause my tire to go flat was able to get here to discount tire but I didn’t literally didn’t have the money to get a tire Thanks to Dawson and the guys they helped me get a tire such a blessing I would like to thank you guys. Great experience- definitely plan ahead and make an appointment. I had my tires rotated / balanced and wipers replaced. They don’t charge for the rotation so my total was just $59 for front and rear wiper replacements! Out in 45 minutes. Everyone was super friendly.

Had a screw in my tire and they checked for a leak. They slowly removed it checking for leaks the whole time. Fortunately it didn't go through the whole tread and they removed it without problem. It was a small issue, but they took good care of me. I have always had good service at Discount Tire.

I have unfortunately had to replace two sets of tires on both of our cars, but lucky to have found Discount Tire. Not only do they have a great selection of affordable tires, they are extremely fast at getting them swapped out when you schedule online. Highly recommend.

Before I even stepped out of my car, a tall young red shirt (Dawon) was there to greet me. Just a nail in the tire. Checked all treads. Took it in and fixed while I waited, fast. No charge. While in the lobby of the Windward Pkwy store the same young man smoothly handled 2 quite rude older customers (1 who had called ahead to check in stock availability...but, to the wrong store! and the other trying to beat price from a "Costco executive quote"). This store is a brand ambassador for Discount Tire.

The world's worst discount tire in existence. Left my truck there on one day around 1PM and got a call around closing time that they could not find the wheel lug nut lock for my truck. They said they would be able to break them off in the morning, as soon as they opened I tried to call them from opening till around 1PM. I must've called over 10 times with no answer. I finally just drove there (which is about 40 minute drive for me) and they told me in person they would not be able to do it without me going to the dealer to have them taken off. I totally understood that, but why was I not informed at all? My truck could've sat there for the entire day and me never have known the status. I went and had wheel locks done and they told me as soon as I pulled back up they would be able to do it for me. That did not happen, I ended up waiting around for over 4 hours despite their sayings. I can see them cracking up and joking constantly instead of doing their job, wasting time. Total disregard for their customers. This isn't the worst part, I had them put a tire on my trailer wheel as well and they ended up not giving me my trailer center cap back. I called them and within the short time period of me leaving and noticing it they had already lost the center cap to a brand new $30k trailer. I'd assume it was thrown away. DO NOT visit this place. They do NOT care for you, your time, or your belongings in any manner. I don't usually leave google reviews, but this place really irked me and wasted so much of my time.

Thanks to the team at the Windward location in Alpharetta, GA! Absolutely great customer service!!! I had a slow leak and needed to replace my tire. I forgot that I had lost my key for the locks on the tire! To keep me safe, they went above and beyond to figure out how to get them off to be able to replace the tire!!! So thanks for going above and beyond!!!
