I came from another state for a family event and while getting my stuff from here I overheard a worker being very rude to another customer saying that he can't read and he shouldn't have an attitude so early in the morning. That's just rude of her part and very disheartening. I understand that you shouldn't get that attitude early in the morning but so say that and everyone near can hear is just rude all together.

This location always looks fairly clean and I like the layout. It's on a corner and looks much more spacious upon entering. They almost always get my order right (no one is perfect) and the staff seems pretty friendly. Getting a parking space right in front is a long-shot unless you get lucky (only a few spots are designated for Starbucks) Parking: pretty scant

Met an old friend and her 9 year old son for coffee at 8 am. He inhaled a muffin, obviously enjoying it. Coffee was standard Starbucks. Spacious seating area. Polite and friendly staff. Short lines that moved quickly. Only thing keeping it from five stars was the lack of adequate parking. If in the area I would go back.

Worst Starbucks I’ve been to. For the record I don’t drink dairy, so I ordered a sweet cold foam latte to be replaced with oat milk instead. The barista agreed. She said could do it for me and so I waited for my drink. As she’s making the drink I overhear her mutter to her coworker “I’m not making a cold foam for her”. If she didn’t want to put the effort in just say that and I could have ordered something else. But, chatting to your coworker while I’m literally standing there is rude. I felt completely disregarded and her attitude was callous and unprofessional. Do better at this location!

This has to be the WORST SB I ever visited. Staff in here is more busy speaking amongst themselves than helping customers. I just ordered a sausage egg cheese sandwich and waiting 10minutes even though there was line. Turns out the rude cashier didn't tell me when my food was ready. My sandwich was also very cold. I will never be coming back to this SB. The employees here need a lot of training

I come here EVERY morning before work. It’s location is so convenient in crystal city. And the staff is extremely friendly. They remember my name! And already know what I want to order. They have great customer service! When mine is long just do mobile order! It’s worth it!
