I believe that my disability that causes me to not be able to move my pupils/ eyelids frustrated the optometrist who was trying to rush the appointment along. Which didn't see necessary because no one was in the lobby waiting. As for the workers that showed the different frames and ordered the lens, they were quite pleasent and patient.

they lied and said they were ordering me free pairs since mine took three months to come in. waited and waited and now they are acting like they know nothing about it.

I always have an easy time coming here. The two men on duty, Henry and Rick (?) Were so sweet in helping me pick the right frames and learn how everything works as it was my first time. 10/10 recommend

Everything was fine until my sons follow up appt. When I showed up the receptionist initially led me to believe that the Dr was not in because I had not confirmed my appt. I’ve never heard of any business canceling a scheduled appt because it was not confirmed. She went on to tell me that they tried to contact me & left a voice mail. I explained that I did get the voicemail but it never mentioned that my appt would be cancelled if I did not confirm it. It only mentioned that a no show would result in a $25 fee. She then goes on to say that the Dr had eye surgery today & for that reason she was not in?? If this was the case why wouldn’t they leave a voicemail telling me that the Dr. will not be in & inform me that I have to reschedule?? I think they did this deliberately. I would suggest they get an aoutomated way to confirm their appts. Possibly through text...I get those with my children’s dentist & pediatrician. Some people don’t have time to call & confirm which was in my case the previous day. For this reason I told her my son is doing fine with his glasses & pressed for no follow up. They waisted my time. I also had planned on scheduling my other son for an exam since I was going to be in there. But now I will be taking my business elsewhere.
