Terrible customer service. They only had 2 receptionists, that couldn’t work the registrar. Two consultants and six people waiting to get fitted for glasses. I had another appointment to go to so I had to leave after my exam. I had to wait to pay for my exam. Please cross train your employees. Everyone should know how to fit glasses every one should know how to ring up a customer. The Dr was very cordial and professional. The rest of your staff is in need of training.

First & foremost I want to thank Esmeralda who helped me pick out my Trendy Frames. She was such a great help overall and a great wonderful person. She was very attentive and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. And Melanie's Customer service skills were outstanding as soon as I walked in the door. Thank you Ladies!!

Wonderful visit from beginning to end. Staff is extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They are also patient! I hadn't worn contacts in over 10 years and they helped me through the re-learning process. I highly recommend!

Great workers and very friendly environment. First time getting an eye exam and they explained everything very well, the doctor was very professional and answered all my questions. Mia and April were very helpful explaining my glasses benefits, 10/10 recommend this place.

Friendly and helpful staff. Pam is amazing at adjusting frames. Lina guides me in the best lens features for my needs. I recommend this location. In fact, my friend is currently receiving his eye exam now per my referral.

Worst optometrist I have ever been too! I check both mine and my mom's insurance and these guys were on the list. We arrived and immediately found out her insurance wasn't actually covered. I waited around an hour watching all the staff sluggishly move around like zombies in slow motion, then the doctor finally saw me. He was nice, professional and quick. Then I went to find out about getting glasses. The ladies still hadn't ran or checked the insurance even though the place wasn't busy. So finally they run the insurance and, lol and behold it's out of network! They say I can go somewhere else and start over or pay some. 😡 Bait and switch. One time ok, but two different insurances? They obviously just use this tactic to bilk the public. I will never is use America's Best again!

Okay…. Sooooo I am very picky. I’ve looked everywhere with Fail to find what I wanted- Online included. Ugh!! This places has a huge selection and had exactly what I was looking for. The last two times I’ve purchase glasses w/o insurance was a good $800- $1000 elsewhere! Let me tell you I left there(again w/o insurance) with two new pairs- @ $408! Gorgeous!! I am so happy, and probably will never shop for lenses and frames anywhere else again!! Seriously… You better ask somebody! 😍

Great staff here. Very easy to get an appointment with eye doctor. Great selection of glasses and contacts. This is my go to place for glasses and contacts every year.

Lina was great! Excellent & fast service, went in 30 minutes early & was seen almost immediately. They had bins to put used glasses in after trying them on & sanitized them before anyone needed to try them on again. The dr explained my prescription to me & Lina did a beyond great job helping me see how much everything would be w my insurance when it came to the cost of lens & frames.
