Terrible work. Use a professional because this is not. Just lightly trained techs. Can't even fixed what they damaged so now it's my time and money. There are plenty of independent companies that do a better job. Now they won't answer the phone. 11/05/2021 Gets worse, can't get in touch with anyone,even with a pre authorization for repair. 2,000.00 dollars of damage. Time for the lawyer to take over. Be aware absolutely worse experience I'm have with any type of car repairs though 60 years. What a joke. Don't bother calling as they will not answer and you just get a recording to go to the website. Screw your car up then run and hide. Please do not trust them with your repair. ~David

I've moved a number of times, and let's be honest, it usually sucks really bad. I did some research online for the best long-distance movers and decided to check these guys out. Mr. Smith was great to work with, and even came out to my house a second time to do another walk through after I sent some of my belongings ahead just to ensure he was giving me a good estimate. Mr. Smith was responsive in returning calls and emails. Overall I was very satisfied with the process on that end. Now the movers... So, it was hot and it was in Corpus Christi in May, so although they took a bit longer than I would have liked to pack, they did a good job and didn't mess up my stuff and I understand the weather definitely makes moving a lot harder sometimes. They made it to my new house a lot faster than I expected as well! So that was very good to see. Normally it seems like it takes a couple of weeks to receive the drop off. What I would say is that the job probably would have been easier on the movers if they had 3 people, instead of just 2. My move was not huge by any means, but in terms of time, another guy would have made a huge difference in loading. I would definitely recommend these guys. ~Nicholas

We were told to come in at 8am this morning for an emergency appointment to glue a crown back on. Made it with the company on Friday. Got there on Saturday at 7:30am and we were told they couldn't do that kind of work. They would have to see us for a full appointment on Monday. These people don't do 24/7 emergency anything. Our dentist will take care of the problem Monday for free. My suggestion after dealing with this office is to make an appointment with toothalogy and actually be given the service you set an appointment for. This place does not do emergency work!! Unless your non insured full pay. They are not even worth the one star but had to give it to leave the review. ~JEFFREY

The only reason I gave them one star was because zero stars were an option. When contacted, they said they could have it packed and loaded on Friday and to Kansas by Sunday. When told they would need a larger truck than what they said they could bring, they showed up with the smaller truck. Next they said they would be back to finish the packing job at 8 a.m. on Saturday morning. They didn't show up til 12:30, and STILL didn't finish the packing. They did not finish packing until Wednesday morning with one poor hardworking soul, doing all of the loading while another sat in the truck. They said they would be in Wichita at 1:30 a.m. then sent a text they stayed the night in Oklahoma City, along with trying to have us wire them money because they only had "a quarter of a tank of gas." They said they would arrive in Wichita at 11 a.m. to which they didn't show up until 1:30. Before they were even done unloading the truck, they were asking for the rest of the payment installment, to which we refused to pay full price. At that point, they tried to reload stuff to take back to Texas. Only cooler heads prevailed and they discounted a slim $300 from the finished price. I would not recommend them to anyone wanting to move things. ~Rusty

Their rep came out, tried to email me quote woth no success. Guess he gave up after several calls advising I never got quote. They gave uo so had to use a different company for move. ~Leo

Lina was great! Excellent & fast service, went in 30 minutes early & was seen almost immediately. They had bins to put used glasses in after trying them on & sanitized them before anyone needed to try them on again. The dr explained my prescription to me & Lina did a beyond great job helping me see how much everything would be w my insurance when it came to the cost of lens & frames. ~Mireah

Not noticeable. When making phone calls, and the clerks are busy on the phone, you get redirected to the San Antonio office? Friendly staff and quick service. ~John
