The front desk clerk is very unprofessional, rude and with many excuses to cover her poor judgment. I was waiting to get my vehicle service and another customer shows up and they took her car first because my vehicle was assigned to another tech. I asked why the other customer vehicle got serviced first she responded that a technician that she assigned for the another customer was done and my not. I asked why she didn't reroute my vehicle to the next available tech? Her response was very rude with many excuses about covid, her time out work, shortness of staff and finally she said " don't tell me how to do my job, have a nice day". Dear customers if you have to replace any glass take your vehicle to someone else there is no need to tolerate this type of unprofessional service. I will not come back ever to this place I rather drive 50 or 100 miles to get a great service that a rude and I still have to pay for it. As a final note this is the second week I'm waiting for their service the initial appointment was at 8am and they order the wrong glass. How well and organized is this particular shop when they can't order the correct glass? and I end up o taking my vehicle to the dealership because the windshield camera can't get calibrated. We had an appointment for Safelite to come out and replace glass in our car between 10 am and 12 noon. They called around 1 pm that day to say they didn’t have the glass after we had waited for them to show up. We called their office and the manager didn’t apologize, was rude and said he had no idea when they would get the glass. We contacted another local business. They came out in two days at the time they promised, replaced the glass and were very pleasant to do business with. I would NOT recommend Safelite.

I have never left a review in my life but this one may save lives. I had the most horrible customer service experience available, worse than dealing with the sloth at the dmv in zootopia. There was absolutely zero compassion. I had 2 appointments spread over a month and at the second appointment ( I showed up cause There was no communication) I was told the windshield was lost in transit, so I wait a couple of days call them cause they are not allowed to make out going calls and they tell me they don’t know when My windshield will show up there’s one at a different warehouse that the corpus office can’t use. Yes a different Safelite warehouse. So I have been waiting and paying for a rental for 37 days now, and nothing is being done because I didn’t call and make it happen, I let them do their job cause this is their profession. Needless to say I’m done with SAFELITE. Horrible work ethic, Horrible customer service, Horrible follow up. NEED TO TURN THE LIGHT OFF. Service: Auto windshield replacement

I have tried on 3 seperate occasions to have my windshield replaced. The first time they came out, did a prescan and found a code and immediately left without making sure something was actuslly wrong with the car. I checked it myself on two different scanners and came up with no codes. So I took it to their shop (an hour away from home) a few weeks later to get it fixed. After waiting for almost an hour they told me they had lost the windshield and had to reschedule, so they scheduled me another at home visit. At this point I've been waiting probabaly 2 months to get this fixed while they keep wasting my time. So they come to my house to fix my windshield and then tell me that the replacement can only be done in shop because they need special calibration equipment. What I don't understand is how they didn't know this the first time, they had my VIN and all my vehicle information. Certainly by the first or second reschedule, after having people see me, they would have figured out. I don't know if it is Safelite or this location, but I've been extremely frustrated by their lack of care for my time and lack of attention to detail. I have probabaly wasted 6 hours on all these appoinments and now have to go back to their shop, which apparently was the only viable option in the first place. If my insurance didn't make it so easy to use safelite I would be looking for another glass company. I'm almost tempted to go through the hassle myself after how terrible this customer service has been.

Terrible service, called out to repair a small ding. Technician obviously lacked the training “Mathew” ruined windshield. They will not honor to fix it now. Should of took to someone off the side of the road instead. Shame on me. We are currently reaching out to their Corporate.

As with most businesses they are short staffed and they brought the wrong windshield the first time which cast me a day of waiting for them to come. 2nd trip got the right windshield but broke my camera cover and had to order a new one. Not a great experience. 😕

Terrible work. Use a professional because this is not. Just lightly trained techs. Can't even fixed what they damaged so now it's my time and money. There are plenty of independent companies that do a better job. Now they won't answer the phone. 11/05/2021 Gets worse, can't get in touch with anyone,even with a pre authorization for repair. 2,000.00 dollars of damage. Time for the lawyer to take over. Be aware absolutely worse experience I'm have with any type of car repairs though 60 years. What a joke. Don't bother calling as they will not answer and you just get a recording to go to the website. Screw your car up then run and hide. Please do not trust them with your repair.

They told me the crack cannot be fixed because it’s close to edge and want to replace the entire windshield. I know the vertical crack should be fixable. Then I find another guy to quickly repair it with good result under 40 bucks.
