I went in to have my daughter's ring repaired. I gifted her this ring on her 16th birthday & it's her favorite piece of jewelry. My daughter is 25. While I waited, I talked with the jeweler & told him my story. He took the time to listen & extra care with my daughter's ring. Then took the time out to explain to me why it needed repair & information to pass on to my daughter so that she could better take care of it. Excellent, knowledgeable, professional, patient, kind, courteous & friendly service at a reasonable price. I "HIGHLY RECOMMEND" this business.

They took really good care of my Omega Speedmaster when the chronograph began malfunctioning. They had it fixed super quick and at a very very reasonable price! You can tell that quality of service and doing each job right is the cornerstone of this place, I will be bringing my watches here from now on when ever I need them serviced. This place may look small but the level of skill and all around professional service was quite impressive, and it takes a lot for me to throw around such words as I am incredibly picky about WHO touches my watches (let alone services them). The cherry on top of the cake was the total cost of the repair, I was expecting a number that was three times the amount of what I was charged and that is why I am now a loyal customer and would refer anyone who needs their watch serviced, jewelry repaired, or even needs their eyeglasses (or sunglasses) repaired to call Fine Repairs Jewelry and Watches before going anywhere else and they will not be disappointed! ...Thank you guys again for taking such good care of my Speedy, A+ Service all around!

Chris is absolutely incredible! We brought my ring in because a had accidentally bent it out of shape and needed it rounded out again and now it looks just like new! We were worried that it wasn’t an easy fix due to the intricacies of the band, but he did a wonderful job! It was also a very quick turnaround and very reasonably priced. We’re going back to Chris for anything in the future!

Chris was professional, reasonable & I received same day service for getting two stones tighten on my diamond ring. He polished my ring of 6 years to look brand new! Go see him, it's better than leaving my ring 10 days any other place (Helzberg) and it was cheaper. Support Small businesses!

Can't thank Chris enough!! I have severe anxiety and have the medicine to prove it lol! So leaving my rings to someone a week and a half before my wedding was very hard!! He fixed my rings within a few hours and I picked them up the same day!! He was amazing, ill definitely keep bringing jewelry back to him to fix with my anxiety at ease!! He also just recently fixed my engagement ring because I bent it while at work 🤦♀️ never again will I wear it to work just a silicone band for me for now on haha

Adorable little location that is slightly tucked away behind the Jack in the Box and Fitness Connection. After wandering the mall for a few minutes and getting quotes for watch battery replacements, I decided to search Yelp and found this gem. The store owner, Chris, was so knowledgeable and welcoming when I called him. He gave me clear directions on how to find his store and that they could easily replace the batteries on 2 watches that we needed fixed. His prices were significantly cheaper than anyone else that quoted me, and the batteries on 2 watches were replaced in 20 minutes (at most). In addition, Chris was so generous and spent extra care to make sure that we were satisfied with the service (even taking an extra few minutes to deep clean our watches, free of charge!). Our watches were in the best hands and we're forever customers with Chris!

Chris was amazing! He had the extension for my watch and battery that I needed already in store. He had fixed the watch, cleaned it and replaced the battery in less than 10 minutes. Great price for service received!! Definitely recommend for your fine jewelry needs.

Amazing customer service and very professional jewelry service. I was a little sad about having to wait until the next day to get my ring back so the jewelry specialist was able to pull a couple strings and get it back to me within an hour. I love shopping small businesses especially when the customer service is superb! The owners are a husband/wife team with no employees. The store is beautiful, uncluttered & clean. Their jewelry is well displayed & I love that they keep the price tags showing. I went to get a watch battery replaced in my husband's watch. I got a 3 yr battery replacement for $19.95. He even had a lifetime warranty! I will return & sent friends & family. Shop small & local!
