Terrible experience. I got shirt this morning from that store. After 3 hours I came back for change the size. There was a woman like tazmanian devil. Tall, black hair and black long eyelashes and so ugly. She can’t do anything to be beatiful. I have never seen like that ugly woman. Anyway she said. You can’t change your shirt. Terrible communication with costumer. Never come back there.

Decent clothes, the staff is not attentive. They talk to each other and not the customer. Good people but need training to engage the customer.

GREAT customer service!!! Appreciate all the employers there, my niece lost $ today & the employers working the register & manager graciously returned it to us, thank you whoever turned it in! Appreciate the honesty & service at this location!

Went to check out and there was no one qt the register. Waited about 5 minutes for an employee looking around for one didn't see any employees stuck my head in the back and had to ask for assistance and they said they would call someone. Not really happy about that. The two cashers where hiding around the corner gossiping and pretending they where busy.

Omg such a bad experience! I went in on June 13 @ 7:30 and i got a jacket from the sale section but when they scanned the tag it gave them regular price and even do it had a red sticker with a sale price, they said NO and that it was a brand new release, the woman barely saw the jacket. I couldn’t verify what she told me because the app was down plus I wanted to register a previous purchase for my rewards and another employee said “NO we don’t do that here” so negative and with a bad attitude at the end i didn’t take the jacket and they did register my purchase because i had proof that the app says they can do it. They made feel so bad like if they were doing me a favor. Oh and btw the jacket wasn’t a new release I did verify that later on the app. Store is big and clean but don’t expect to be helped if you have a question or problem.

Client service is definitely not a crucial element in the training here. I asked the boy if they had a certain as well as he acted if I was bothering him ... ummm, I'm sorry I troubled you at your JOB!! I wound up not buying anything ... I simply went out. Thanks H.

So HM stabs you with their security tags. When trying to redeem their 20% loyalty coupon it is extremely difficult as the area generally has bad cell service. Instead of just entering coupon their manager Laurie makes you painfully try to make the website come up. Listen up HM Division management this location is the worst, should just shut it down. There is absolutely no way you are making your numbers with such $hit service.

This store is always hip and provides fashionable affordable styles. You can bring in your unwanted clothing and get 15% off your purchase. They have a womens and men's section, no kids section. Large store with so much to choose from. They have a formal wear area too. Two entrances so you can park in the back of the mall and stick have a way in. I love H&M.

Great service with very nice people. I give it four stars because they could add more men stuff to the store. Other than that they have great things. Awesome.
