I have been a customer for many years. The staff has always been friendly and courteous. They go above and beyond to do a great job. I have not had any issues ever. I always find the best jewelry at Helzberg, even when I have looked around at other places, it didn’t compare. When I need to get my rings cleaned and they are extremely busy they always come through. I have been there when customers have been rude to the staff, the manager Samantha is always a true profesional. I definitely recommend Helzberg because of the wonderful staff and beautiful jewelry.

The staff here is amazing, they went above and beyond to ensure our special day was even better than we could’ve imagined. Not only did they share their expertise with us but both Missy and Samantha got to share our special day with us. Samantha was such an amazing part of the days leading up to the wedding that we without hesitation asked her to officiate the wedding, and thankfully she said yes! We are forever grateful for them!

I have been doing business at Helzberg Cielo Vista for several years. In that time, I have had the pleasure of meeting the entire staff and have gotten to know them pretty good. Some have left to pursue other careers but the two that have really forged a solid foundation with me have been Samantha and Missy. They have been an absolute pleasure to work with for so many years. Their knowledge and professionalism has made me a devoted customer and I will only go to them for anything that I'm looking for. I have made several purchases with them and have never had any problems whatsoever. I have recommended them several people to them and were happy that I did. I know any new customer would be equally as happy as I am when I make a serious purchase or just stop by for a cleaning and say hi.

This store is absolutely phenomenal. The experience is unforgettable and the professionalism was at one hundred percent satisfaction. The operational manager, Kalebh Davis, made sure my merchandise had the warranty and aided my mother (whose been a customer with Helzberg Diamonds for decades) with purchasing her anniversary gift. He is definitely corporate material and should be promoted above his peers.
