Staff was polite but that wasn’t the problem. I would of liked to talk to a general manager or something but by the looks of the reviews it seems like the location doesn’t care. I went in to pick up my jewelry and everything was fine respectful older lady and well she was setting everything up and she told me to fill in some information on the IPad, she never mentioned what it was for I thought it was to verify my information and on the top it said “Credit Application” I never asked for a credit card or anything I simply came to pick up my stuff and this lady almost made me sign up for a credit card that I don’t need. Really scammy and manipulative to me. I was planning on coming here again but not after this incident

Alfonso , i can never get his name right but he was a older gentleman with outstanding skills in the diamond industry, he helped me find the ring of my dreams and took the time to get to know me and my partners story on how we met, made us extremely comfortable, he wears glasses and dresses insanely smooth

This doesn't even deserve one star. ordered an item to be picked up in store. Item was late. when it did arrive they told me I couldn't authorize another person to pick it up and I had to be there myself. I had ordered this item from a store in a town I don't live in as a gift, and was having a family member pick it up. Even calling in person and saying I authorized this person to go pick it up did not work. I offered to send pictures of my ID and card to confirm my identity but I was still not allowed to have another person pick it up. The staff was rude and not helpful when I called the physical store. I had to spend several hours on the phone with customer care to fix this issue. In the end all they said they could do was cancel the order. it's been 2 hours since I spoke with them on the phone and I still haven't gotten confirmation that the order is cancelled. Will not be purchasing anything from them again.

If I could give zero stars or negative stars I totally would. We are from Indiana but currently stationed out here because of my husband and every time I step foot in the store the service and the way I am treated is horrible. I have gotten turned down for my ring to be cleaned. And just came in with an online purchase to have my watch sized and they try to charge me. I have never been treated this poorly in a retail setting
