I have been a customer for many years. The staff has always been friendly and courteous. They go above and beyond to do a great job. I have not had any issues ever. I always find the best jewelry at Helzberg, even when I have looked around at other places, it didn’t compare. When I need to get my rings cleaned and they are extremely busy they always come through. I have been there when customers have been rude to the staff, the manager Samantha is always a true profesional. I definitely recommend Helzberg because of the wonderful staff and beautiful jewelry. ~A
