Horrible, made a purchase a month ago. An needed an adjustment, in which was supposed to take 2 weeks. It's been 1 month now an still nothing. They don't give courtesy calls to update you on the status. They don't send emails to update you of the status. You have to do all of the calling yourself. No apologies for the delays or anything. I'd never shop this location ever again. I'd go to Metairie or Baton Rouge before I ever spend another dime with these tired and nonchalant folks.

They open on their own times and are not very helpful. I sent my ring off to be sized through them and finally got it back 2 months later. Extremely dissatisfied!!!

I went to buy a battery for my Bulova watch and, although I saw a unit behind the counter labeled "Watch Batteries" I was told my watch would have to be sent off because they didn't sell watch batteries in the store. The person who waited on me couldn't spell my name, address, anything. Then the store manager accused me of lying about the diamonds that encircled the watch face; she said they looked like crystals to her. So the young man tested them, and to her surprise they are diamonds. She was rude and condescending throughout the entire transaction. It will now take 4 weeks to get my watch back. The photo they took of the watch after it was sent for repairs did not show the diamonds encircling the watch face. RED FLAG. I wish I'd gone to Kay Jewelers across the street instead.

Really I don’t even want to give them one star. On Monday my fiancé and I went in to the Hammond store to look at engagement ring. There was two employees there. Neither one of the employees acknowledged us coming in the door. No one said hello or anything. We were in there for 15 minutes, and no one still acknowledged us being there. There was no can I help you or anything. Eventually I got upset, and we just walked out. WE GOING TO ANOTHER STORE 😤🤦🏽♀️

Nicole's customer service was the best service I have received in a long time. She was so accommodating, and informative. With covid and all the shut downs I neglected to get one of my rings serviced on time. She helped me get all of it caught up. She was quick and courteous also!

I went in to get my fiancées engagement ring. I was super nervous and anxious to pick the right one. Peggy the sales rep was so wonderful! She did not rush me. She presented every ring I wanted to look at with great knowledge and elegance. Peggy put me at ease and engaged in conversation with me that made the transaction go very smoothly. My fiancée LOVES the ring. She cried. I cried. It was perfect! Thank you so much Peggy for everything. You helped make a special day even more special. Have my business for life.

So I just left this location, on the door it says they allow 10 people inside. They make you wait outside and they are only allowing 2 customers in at once. I had 2 other people with me and they wouldn't let them inside. Horrible customer service. They will not be getting any of my business. Especially when you're not even letting your maximum limit into the store...

After spending so much money here on a ring, you would think they would be a little nicer to there customers. Manager was very rude and was talking down to her co workers in front of customers. Every time you call, they say they have a store full of customer and blow you off. I had to call multiple times to see if my fiancé’s ring was in because i never heard back from them. Hours are wrong on the website and when i showed up at 8 the other night, they rudely said they were closed. NEVER buying from the hammond location again.
