My wife called on Sunday evening to schedule a repair & they were at our home on Monday to assess the repair. The great news was he had the replacement part on hand & was able to repair it on the spot! He repaired the washer and we were back up & running less than 24 hours of initially calling to schedule the repair. It was top notch service from start to finish & as of late, that is rare. Unfortunately we have had some really bad experiences lately, however this was definitely not one of them. We Highly recommend this company & the repairman. He was professional, knowledge and kind. A++++++ Service: Washer/dryer repair

The gentleman that came out was new to the job, he didn't know how to do the job. The repairman had to call another repairman to assist him with the repair of my washer. He made a mess and didn't even clean his work place he left it in disarray. After the repair man finished the job he added in the price of his gas to the bill along with the price of labor which was not explained when I called for the repairman to come out. He was so unprofessional he said this was his first week out and no one came with him. I am so sorry that I got Sears to come cause this is the worst service I received from them. I warn anyone that call Sears for service make sure you ask them if the cost of their drivers gas is going to be included in the price or if you will have to pay for their lunch as well cause they can attach any other price on your bill after the work has been concluded. Beware!!!!! When you call to report their service they give you a bunch of hot air to get you off the phone. Service: Washing machine repair

Repair shop wanted me to reschedule the pick up time for my riding mower. I explained that it had already been down for over a week and that I needed it back as soon as possible. This same repair shop has already worked on this mower earlier this year. They kept it for four weeks and it mowed one time before going down again. They had zip ties holding the seat switch together and mix matched headlights that only one worked. This is practically a brand new mower. I’ve had it two years now and mowed with it maybe six times. This time the repair shop had it for five weeks and the hood doesn’t shut correctly, zip ties still on seat switch, lights still not working, and they swapped out ignition switch and put in a used switch with a rusted and bent key. I had two keys still brand new with original key chain now I have one rusty, bent key with a key chain that is beat up and scratched to pieces. I try calling sears to speak with someone in charge but can never get through to an actual person. I regret doing business with Sears. They are terrible at customer service and use shoddy mechanic shops for their warranty work.

Tech was great. The operator scheduling the appt wasn't. Had to wait over 2 weeks. Parts are never ordered or on hand until tech comes out in a week to verify what you told Sears (Error Message on dryer). Tech confirms Error Message. Then part takes over a week to arrive for tech to return.

Fully qualified and polite technician. This marginal review is because it took over two weeks to get someone to come and service the unit. The repair estimate was extremely high for a refrigerator only 3 and a half years old, complete compressor failure.

I got an appointment to fix my lawn tractor the next day after I called for service. The ignition switch had gone out. The technician replaced the switch quickly and was very professional. I would definitely recommend Sears Appliance Repair.

Technician schedule changed last minute however at the time did not present a problem. He was very nice efficient knowledgeable and quick and the cost was reasonable. Thank goodness I only needed a part. I did not like that he could not give me a receipt for payment. Glad I had a copier printer. Said Sears does not provide them with that option. Not good idea sears. You can at least give them a receipt book or a hand held receipt computer

I first called for service for my window air conditioner the end of July 2017. The first visit was scheduled for a couple of weeks later; then it was rescheduled because it was raining. Another couple of weeks went by. Service man can and determined problem and ordered part. Told me to call and schedule appointment when the part was delivered to me. The part arrived 4 days later, so I called for appointment. Was given an appointment in one week. I stayed home all day that day waiting for service. At 4:30 pm, I called the service number to check on the service call. I was told that it was still scheduled for that day. No service man came and no one called! I wasted an entire day sitting home an waiting. That night I got an email saying my appointment had been rescheduled for 2 weeks away. My air conditioner repair was finally carried out two (2) months after my initial call. Realize that during the hottest part of the summer in Mississippi, July-September, I was without air conditioning in my kitchen. Two months for a repair is totally unacceptable. I've carried service contracts on my appliances for years with Sears, but this episode is making me rethink that decision.

It took 4 appointments and 4 missed days from work to get a tech here who wasn't trying to extort me for the service and repair while under the master service agreement. Every time I scheduled the appointment, I told customer service the 2 units needed to be serviced and one needed repair. They kept sending one tech when they were told repeatedly to send 2 because it would take 2 people to remove the window units in order to bring then outside to be serviced. When they finally sent 2 techs, the lead tech decided that he would put Freon in one unit and spray cleaner in both to clean the coils. No unit was removed to be serviced, the second tech wandered around with his hands on his hips. The lead tech then tells me that I should be fine now and to call back when it's not so hot for the servicing because I will need to keep the unit off for 24 hours. I'm livid because I've been trying to get this done since February! When it WASN'T hot. I've dealt with no air conditioning in half my home the entire summer which is why I scheduled the servicing early in the year, SO I WOULDN'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH WHAT I'VE DEALT WITH ALL SUMMER! Am I satisfied, no. Is the unit working properly that had the Freon added? No, but it's slightly cooler. Will I call in the fall so I can take yet another day off from work to get these serviced? It's doubtful. Would I recommend these techs for service and repair? No, I'm going to tell people to just save their money on master service agreements, and replace units instead of repairing. It's easier and quicker.
