We declined insurance coverage when renting a U-Haul and we were billed for it. We tried calling numerous times with no answer. Finally spoke to someone but the original clerk is out for a week and no adjustment can be made. I'm filing a dispute with my cc.

If i could give zero stars i would. My husband and I went to pick up a Uhaul truck previously reserved and the guy just kept being extremely rude and aggressive towards us. He truly made us feel harassed. He wanted us to signed a paper saying he was giving us a truck in good conditions without us even seeing first when we asked to see it he got even more agreesive. It's truly sad uhaul has this type of distributors giving them a bad reputation.
